I don't review too often, but this clamp deserves recognition. It uses a single knob to tighten both ball joint ends as well as the central elbow joint. Nearly all metal construction provides very sturdy grip and good stability while tightened - though instructions may have been helpful to explain that the single knob manages all 3 joints. I have probably 20 random clamps and stands and mounts, and this is one of very few that stand out as dramatically superior to the others. As with many things, you get what you pay for - this unit is orders of magnitude higher quality than the $5 plastic junk, and certainly appears that it will maintain its usefulness and rigidity for many years and cycles.

Very happy with this purchase. Well built, sturdy arm that holds the GoPro just fine and it has a much better, longer lasting clamp too.

this is my third accessory from K&F Concept. they consistently make extremely durable and convenient products. the 9.8" Magic Arm Clamp pairs quite brilliantly with my 73 inch camera tripod ( T255A3+BH-28L )
the 9.8" Magic Arm Clamp is lightweight, and the adjustment knob on the arm simultaneously clamps down all three of the actuating parts. that is some impressive engineering. other brands, you have a separate adjuster for each of the three actuating sections which is annoying. the K&F one solves that issue and makes it extremely simple to operate while remaining very stable and sturdy.
the gripper claw has attachments for both 1/4" as well as 3/8" screw sizes. there is even enough clearance to use both a thread screw mounting points at the same time, increasing usability with any number of traditional camera accessories.
the unit itself is modern and sleep, with K&F Concepts traditional orange and black. i really appreciate the color scheme because it matches perfectly with the Hohem brand gimbal, and that entire line of accessories color scheme.
for $20, even if you are a casual photographer or phonetographer this arm is a no brainer to purchase. it can attach to anything, and the convenience cannot be overstated.
