If you have a black and red aesthetic to your rig, this will fit right in. I really like K&F and have several items from them. Everything from camera bags to tripods to filters, they just never disappoint on quality and value.This connector works just as I would want. The vertical adjustment can tighten down rock-solid. The attaching knobs have the holes in them so you can really snug them with a thin alan wrench. I like the spring-loaded locating pins. These worked perfectly for my monitor, but they didn't line up for a video light I attached.The adapter does swivel. Out of the box it is pretty stiff. But it is lubricated and after working the joints a bit everything moved more smoothly.This is a nice-looking adapter as well. Compact, minimal, sharp. And it goes with the red accents I like to use.

Really nice machining and casting quality. Good tolerances. Well made. Also pretty piece. Looks worth more than $20. In this mostly eWaste world it's nice to see something you'll want to keep and use for decades and this item seems up to the job. Rare find in 2025.

As cold-shoe mounts go, this is one of the better ones. It locks tight, the large twist helps me get it snugged down at the right angle. Happy with this.

The double anti twist pins are nice. Easy to attach and lock into place. Only complaint is that the rotation is a little loose for my taste, even after tightening down the screw with the included hex key, but some might like it a little easier to rotate. The tilt locks very well without having to wrench down on the knob which is a plus. Would be happier if it wasn't orange, but that's 100% preference and doesn't affect the rating.

Solid little mount. The alignment pins aren't removable but they are spring-loaded and will press down flush.

Very high quality cold shoe mount at a nice price!Solid build quality with a nice and durable finish.Easy to use and adjustments are smooth and solid once locked down.It also looks really cool with the orange and black color scheme.

Excellent mount for my smartphone mount! Some smartphone mounts come with a cold shoe mount built in, other might not. Mine... did not, so in order to use it as a monitor, I need to mount it to this mount, and then I can place it on my cold shoe for the camera frame.This is a very sturdy mount, and not too tall to make the package look out of balance.Five Stars!

K&F filters are top notch and it appears that the rest of their accessory line is of equal quality. The machining and finish of this mount is as good (better?) as any I have used previously. The thumb wheel is of good size and is easy to tighten and loosen. Cold shoe fits all of the cages and brackets I have tested it with. The ability to swivel the mount 360 degrees is a welcomed feature. Overall this is an excellent monitor mount that looks good on any camera assembly. If you are looking for a 1/4" monitor mount this is certainly worthy of consideration.
