When i first purchased it I thought it was extremely tight and had no way of turning but when i put my monitor idk if its the weight but made it easier to turn back n forth. I just hope i didnt mess with it trying to loosen it but so far so good really good tight firm hold

Works great. Nice tension on the mount and love the 1/4” thread on the bottom. Gives a nice option on top of using a cold shoe mount.
