I had no idea what I’d been missing. This gimbal has dramatically increased both my stability and mobility, and in turn my keeper rate. Put this gimbal head on my heavy duty Benro tripod and it works great for everything I need it for.

I imagine there are better gimbals on the market, but this one works really well and exceeded my expectations for the price. It operates smoothly in all directions, and the adjustments are just as smooth. I used it to shoot the eclipse with a 500 mm lens and it held the camera and lens rocksteady.

This gimbal head is as good if not better than I was expecting. It’s very sturdy and well machined. The action on all the joints is very smooth and adjustments are very easy.
It’s on the heavier side but the weight is worth it for the strength and stability.

This gimbal head makes a massive impression. It is manufactured to a high standard and carries my DSLR and the attached telephoto lens securely and can be securely locked in any position.

Very good head, practical for the animal grower, I even managed to use it for long exposure.
You should know that it supports a Sigma 60-600 + a D750 and its grip, without problems. It comes as a replacement for my Vanguard head, easy replacement on my tripod, the installation accessories are delivered.

A very robust but heavy gimbal and for the price you have to expect heavy to to the materials used. Still I love it and certainly easy to balance a 200-800mm lens and camera body on. The only other niggling thing is that the twist from left to right is a little stiff, however I do feel this will loosen a little with use.
