I still haven't had a chance to use this yet but it looks and feels good. Very solid and looks well made. Delivery was a few weeks which is to be expected. The extra plate will come in handy with my big 600mm lens.

I purchased this product to hold a heavy dslr and telephoto zoom to help get more birds in flight keepers . I have to say I was surprised at the sturdy high quality build of this product. I am confident enough to sling the gimbal and camera still attached tripod while trekking to different spots. Balancing camera is a breeze and all motion is smooth with just the right amount of resistance. The customer service is second to none. If only all companies provided this level of service we would live in consumer heaven. Thank you Kent Faith
