This Lens Filter worked perfectly on my Sony Camera for the recent Solar Eclipse. I will be able to use it for any future Solar Events or for Sunsets and Sunrises on vacation. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Works as described…. My bad is that during the eclipse I forgot the density is adjustable …. Very dark for high contrast pics but I could have lightened it when the eclipse was full and the illumination dimmed….

Did a great job of getting me great photos of the eclipse. We had totality where I am, so I practiced getting the filter off at totality and back on again after totality and it was smooth. Not sure how a filter costing twice as much could have done any better.

If your ok with the grey tint over the orange, this is a great filter. Great case for the filter too!
