This tripod is a great bargain for the price. It works great with the Panasonic HC-V750 handy-cam. There are a few minor issues, such as the center column hand crank gear slipping a bit when the shaft is almost fully extended, and no provision for locking the mid-level spreader in place. The build quality is very good, and the carrying case is a nice bonus. If you find a better tabletop tripod for the money, let me know!
