This is the 3rd microscope I have owned in my life and hands down the best so far! This product weights 8.6 pounds and comes in a decent zipper case. All the inserts are pockets created by some foam material. The microscope comes with several lens magnification attachments - 2x, 10x, 25x. You also get a box of 10 sample glass slides for you to view under the microscope. There is a light that is powered by a usb cable. You can adjust the brightness of the light and also how wide you want the lens to open. The eye piece can be pushed together or pulled apart to adjust for the distance between your eyes. If one of your eye is weaker than the other, you can manually adjust for the difference on the right eye. I love this microsocope so much. There are so many custom adjustments about it. One thing I still have not figured out is how to operate the Electronic Goggle accessory. It looks like a small glass display connected to a usb cable!

This Microscope is very good for amateur science experience
I have own a couple other ones and this definitely out performs so much better. I saw some of the other reviews and I can't understand the bad ones. Unless some folks got something different.
As far as this one goes I give it the thumbs up for sure.

It's a pretty good kit, case and all. I've been taking my time to really learn how the optics work to get an idea of how small of a thing can I see. It's been fun discovering the microscopic world a bit. It has met my expectations in terms of quality and overall value. Would have loved to have something like this as a kid.

This trinocular microscope has great magnification. Unfortunately, there are no real instructions in this microscope to be able to use it to it's fullest extent. The premade slides that come with this microscope aren't the best quality but they are easily made. A friend of mine works in a lab on microscopes everyday. He said this is a very good one.

This is a nice microscope that is easy to use but powerful. I really like that everything fits into a compact carrying case. I tried it on several magnifications and was happy enough with the results. If you're not familiar with setting up a Microscope and slides, get help or watch some videos, as these instructions won't help you through the details.

Bought it for personal use. I am in awe of creation and wanted a microscope (my first ever) to help me delve deeper. Very satisfied. I only wish the booklet came with clearer and more detailed instructions.
