We bought two of these cameras for a customer who owns a remote farm. We have had endless issues ranging from them failing to trigger on motion to locking up and sending false alarms. Once they are locked up, you are unable to login to view live footage until you physically go up on a ladder and reset them. Since the motion sensor is not working, no footage is recorded to the sd cards. Tech support is of no help, they continually asked that we reset the devices to factory default and add them back to the app. Like how many time should we say that doesn't help. To save us the continual embarrassment and headaches we were forced to replace them with another brand.There is obviously a hardware issue which they do not want to admit or not aware of. We have used two different apps with the same results, so that rules that out. Save yourself the stress and headaches, look elsewhere.

It is a good idea and it looks nice. I use it on my garage where I don't have internet service. The quality of the picture is not clear enough to see the person face. No matter how I point the camera it does not capture the area I want to see people walking into the property. In that sense it is useless.

Read the manual (watch a video) and setup will be a breeze. Customer Support was very helpful.

Couldn’t rate it’s features because it doesn’t work with the networks it says it does. Wasted 2 hours last night at AT+T trying to get on line. Att network wouldn’t accept imei numbers. Then I went to t mobile today spent over 2 hours there. There system to the imei numbers but now the cameras won’t load down into app. Keeps saying no device found. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CHINESE GARBAGE THAT DOESNT WORK. I’ll give this negative 5 stars. Took 8 hours of my life between the stores and trying to set up 2 camera that I’ll never get back, plus I spent 180 on 2 128gb memory cards I can’t return because they are already opened!!! Stay far away. Amazon selling total junk!!

Great video quality and camera pan and tilt control. The best part is that it is truly stand alone with a T-Mobile cell service. Solar recharging keeps the unit fully charged.

It does what it says a good quality camera I can view easily from my phone an make adjustments and down load videos and pictures I would recommend this to friends
