This product is very simple to use. Plug and play with little to no learning curve. The picture quality is excellent, the illumination is great, it's rugged and will continue to be used. Although this is the first endoscope I've owned, it doesn't get any better than this,

This is really a great tool. Ive used it in so many places that were formerly out of reach to me. I own a previous version, and this one is upgraded in size [smaller] and in image quality. I recommend this to friends to solve all their home hidden nook and cranny problems. Their mirror attachment seems to be a bit of an upgrade as well. This company makes great tools, and great customer service-with the earlier version I purchased, there was a small problem with the attachment, and they immediately corrected that problem. Very easy to connect to my eyephone to begin using in less than a minute.

The camera, front and side are good so far. With the side camera you have to be closer to the object to see it clearly than with the front camera. The cable is rel. stiff, so good for inserting into pipes etc. However, in my drain I had to find out that the camera always got somewhere on the wall, got dirty there and therefore you couldn't see anything. Professionals have a fixation (grid or similar) around the camera so that it always stays away from the wall. You would have to have something with you, that would be even better. However, you will also have the problem with the other cameras. The pictures themselves are quite good for me so far. Anyone who needs something like this is well served here.

The semi-rigid cable is very good. It would also be helpful to have a device (possibly a retractable ball) that lifts the camera head from a dirty ground, and possibly a waterproof cover to go under water for a short time. First use: Checking the exhaust air system of an air toilet. Otherwise very happy with the endoscope.

The cable, which is often rated poorly because it is not that flexible, is an absolute advantage of this camera. Otherwise I would not have been able to push the camera through the narrow pipes. The camera is highly recommended

Really like the long flexible hose. The camera and app setup is very straightforward - stupid simple is what I like. Does what you'd expect it to - but also what I didn't expect. My daughter's InSinkerator disposal wasn't working (humming not turning). Figured something was stuck inside. Cleaned it out manually, then let this in a few inches to check out the fine details. Video on iPhone app is very helpful, didn't see any obvious blockage. (App is cool - you can flip the video every which way to orient the view.) Then I removed the P-trap, snaked this down the PVC pipe. When it goes to bend around a corner, it picks up sludge on the front of the lens and immediately blacks out the video. So you gotta watch how quick you fed this in. Wish there was an extension piece to clamp on that would allow it to snake past bends without gumming up the camera. It does come with some snap-on extension pieces, but none of those would work. Good investment, nonetheless.

Purchase decision for the private area with search in built-in objects and search in the false ceiling; also search in the engine compartment of the car; soon also in drainage pipes!Fast delivery! Product makes a surprisingly high-quality impression in terms of workmanship! WIFI connection can be set up quickly and remains stable! Tested on IPad Pro and IPhone 11 pro.Software is intuitive to use; the double image function for both cameras was very useful for spatial orientation! Brightness absolutely sufficient; the depth of field - once you get used to the handling - is also sufficient! Camera cable still sufficiently rigid up to a distance of 2 m! I haven't been able to test water resistance yet; but will be done soon! Good adequate documentation enclosed. So far a clear buy recommendation for my area!

It works much better than I expected. I bought this device because I needed to "investigate" why the sewer wasn't draining. I wanted something less expensive and didn't want to spend $200 on a plumber to fix the problem. So, I bought this. It is much better quality than I expected.

I bought this camera to find a blockage in a 50mm sewage pipe. That worked well too. You should first practice handling the camera in a clean pipe so that you can better assess what you are seeing when you actually use it. To protect the camera, I stuck a film (from my cell phone) over it. The side camera is very helpful for orientation. Or, in my case, the only camera I walked around with, because the front camera was completely lubricated with grease from the fat deposits when it was inserted into the tube. Since the image can be received via WLAN, you can use different devices to display it. A focal length adjustment would be great , but you can't expect all the features for the price.
