I was hunting for a microscope for my 75 year old pop pop. He is a penny collector and needed a better microscope. I was VERY nervous about the screen. He did not want anything high tech and I thought this would be hard for him to use...i was so wrong this thing is amazing!! Very very easy to use and the picture is so clear. I play with it any time I am over at his house...may gift myself one soon!!!

The bottom plate would be better if it were a black background, to cut down the reflection and digital light sensitivity.

Bright light, nice picture quality, good magnifying range from super mag to low mag and between. Use is to read tiny labels without having to find a bright light and readying glasses. Also to inspect tiny details on used watches etc.

I photograph and film professionally, although not usually on a microscopic scale. For the price, that's a pretty great deal. I've included a video of a bougainvillea flower and a still of the flower and my thumbnail. I wish it had better resolution on the images but it still does a good job when it comes to an affordable microscope/camera kit. The adjustable lights are a nice touch, although they don't always stay in the desired position. They really add to the quality of the photos.
The monitor is also the power source for everything, so once charged, you can take the entire kit anywhere and use it outdoors. Could pack it in a small box - it's easy to assemble.
It takes a minute to figure out the controller, but it's pretty easy. You can also choose to have timestamps or disable timestamp option for both video and photo.
Hoping to do some fun microphotography projects during this quarantine where my usual work isn't that easy and I get stuck indoors a lot.

Really impressed by this product.Bought it for my child & couldn’t be happier with how easy it is to use & great it works. Not much else to be said.Great picture, & easy to use!
