Works great. The focus range is like the old SLR. Thanks to the adapter, the Ricoh lens creates a nice look with the S1R.
Fits PK - L

Very well made, solid and works perfectly with all Nikon lenses from the oldest E series to the most modern G series. The ring that adjusts the aperture has few shots which causes the lens blades to open/close frequently. It cannot be opened or closed precisely. If you have the aperture ring on the lens, it is best to use that.
Perfecto

First impressions: - good looking - fine workmanship - matte interior finish (light doesn't jump in) - smooth fit to camera body - smooth shift rotating A ring - comes in a non-sealed hard case and nothing else on it - can be used out of the box with any old Nikon mount lenses - orange ring gives the looks to the whole camera setup - the adapter fits harder on the lenses (needs to be attached) - the focus is more based on the depth (FOD) difference in the image frame - it works more like zone focusing and precession focus zones are hard to reach - metal mount on the lens side and (I think it's still a metal) black plastic which looks good camera carbon mount (it's passive adapter and so no electrical communication between lens and camera) - light doesn't get into the barrel through the adapter (sealed fit) - it should come with end caps to the adapter to protect against dust ingress when not in use - for the money I paid I like experimenting with my old lenses on the Sony mirrorless body
Works well and looks good

the question was whether the fancy adapter from Sony was worth it to put my old Minolta compatibles on the @6000. the answer: no, it's not worth it, the thing is ridiculously expensive for what it can do. so I had to get the K&F part. all AFs become more or less stupid fully mechanical lenses. but with a zebra and magnifying glass it shouldn't be rocket science to work with it, unless you have nothing on your mind but taking pictures. there's also an aperture control, so if you're already past the automatic mode, you should be able to get by with it and take entertaining photos. the respective bayonet connections are quite tight, tighter than Sony imagines, so they have zero play. is this a long-term solution? no, definitely not, one or two e-lenses will come along. but until then the old Minoltas can be used wonderfully. And I still have an a-68 lying around, for which I need the existing stuff. Addendum: whoever had the ridiculously expensive adapter from Sony on it, which ultimately just loops through the lens data and doesn't really get anything done, either nothing happens or it rumbles forever, but costs a lot, just get the k&f....

Construction, at least seemingly sturdy and aesthetically on top of Sony mirrorless due to the orange anodized ring. Perhaps there are more refined products as construction, but it does what it needs to do and does it well. For what it costs, I wouldn't look for anything else.

As a non-electronic alternative to the much more expensive Sigma MC-21 adapter, this is great. I also have an MC-21 and the build quality seems comparable - it's sturdy and well made. Note that this is completely non-electronic, so is only useful with fully manual lenses. It doesn't support camera controls (apertures/autofocus), so don't expect to use it with anything where that's required.

But at a price that is far above average, both compared to the competition and in pre-pandemic times. I appreciate the good workmanship, but when the cost of a simple adapter is now more expensive than some old glass, it becomes outrageous.

It sits tightly, doesn't wobble and doesn't let any unwanted light through the bayonet. 5 f-stops are completely sufficient. I had the same experience with the M42-Nex adapter. Conclusion: The 2020 series seems to be reliable. The price is sensationally low.

High quality and reliable adapters from K&F Concept. I really like that I can finally use my collection of Minolta MD lenses

Aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand. It seems solid, without ballerina games or tolerances, well built. It also seems to me that the images are more saturated due to a probably better treatment of the internal parts.
