I bought this to mate my Olympus OMD EM1 (Mark1) with my Canon EFS 55-250 and EFS 10-22 lenses. Works well. Gives me a 500mm equivalent on my Micro43 camera (when using the 55-250mm lens). Great $20 investment!
What have you got to lose?

This thing is awesome. I use it to attach my canon glass to my Lumix G85 after upgrading camera bodies, and not wanting to get rid of my canon glass. There are no electronic components to this, so auto focus does not work, but you can still use Peaking to make sure your focus is where you want it.It came in a nice hard box to keep safe while not on the camera. It has the red dots to line up the adapter and secure to your camera. It has a nice weight to it, and feels like it will last a long time. There is a silver "switch" that you press down to detach the lens, and you hit the button on your camera to remove the adapter, just like removing a lens. I use a variable ND filter when shooting outside to help, since I cannot control the F/T stops.

You can feel the solid build quality when picking this adapter up. It's metal rather than plastic, and feels like it can hold a good weighty lens (although I'd always use a lens support as well). I'm using this adapter to connect a Lumix GH5 to a Samyang 24mm cine lens, and it works beautifully.Just keep in mind that this is for manual lenses only. This adapter doesn't connect auto-focus or auto-aperture. For that you'd have to spend hundreds of pounds on a Speed booster.

Good build and Quality, my EF lenses are tightly attached with no play between the adapter and GH5 body.

Great product worth the money. I would say if you have the money purchase the more expensive one that allows you to use auto focus.

Overall, it does the job that I need it to do, but it's not perfect. The good: It's well constructed, and I have no concerns about it coming apart. The bad: It allows a little lens to camera rotation once everything is locked in place. It doesn't wiggle back and forth, just a bit of rotation wiggle. I can probably remedy this myself easily, and I likely will. It's just a bit annoying when it comes that way.

It is well build lens converter that provides a very solid connection between EF lenses and my M4/3 camera. Great release mechanism.

Very solid build. My canon macro EF 100mm 2.8 works...but my stm pancakes do not focus: Canon EF 40mm 2.8 and Canon EF-S 24mm 2.8 do not work. But I’ll keep it. I guess older designs work??
