This camera is decent, but no better than cheaper ones we had tried. It had a wide view, good connection, and night vision, but the camera quality and sound quality was not what we expected for the price.

This monitor loses signal way too often. I would say almost half the time it’s on, it just shows a no-signal icon - it gets very frustrating when I am trying to use the monitor to check on my baby. I have to wait several minutes or move around the house to get a signal. I thought it was because our old apartment had a lot of concrete, but we moved and it still loses signal. The other functions (tilt/zoom, night vision) all work fine. This is the only baby monitor we’ve used so I can’t compare to other products. It just feels like for almost a hundred bucks, I should at least be able to see my baby on the camera when I need.

I just received the hello baby monitor yesterday but so far I’m very pleased. It is already better than the Infant Optics monitor I first purchased 2 years ago that needed to be replaced twice due to the poor quality of the antenna and camera. This antenna is not movable, it’s just a little nub which is so nice because it cannot be easily broken if dropped or pulled. I purchased the protection plan for $11 (not sure if I need to with the warranty, I just didn’t want to take any chances with replacing any parts.) I also loved this $82 price compared to the $168 Infant Optics. It almost seems better quality too for half the price!! Picture quality is better. The pan is more responsive and quicker. So far- I love it!

I really like this camera because it gives me the peace of mind that no one can hack into it since it doesn’t require wifi but I wish I was able to zoom out more. I find the distance of the camera, no matter where you place it, it’s too zoomed in.

Just got it but set up is fairly easy and looks to work great.Update (First Night): Installation for the wall mount wasn't too bad but was a bit of a struggle. Make sure to mount it correctly so the camera rotates the way you want it to. I got a few patches of distortion where a bar on the screen went pink but then went away. Not sure if that had to do with poor signal. I'm hoping it's not a bug. Parent unit is small and portable. Budget friendly so you get what you pay for. Gonna do 4 stars because of the screen going pink for about 20 seconds.

I absolutely love this monitor! I had originally got the infant optics back in 2019 for my first baby at my baby shower...the night vision stopped working after 1.5 years and the manufacturer did not want to replace it...I came across this monitor, way more cost friendly, and the reviews were great. Turns out, it is great! The night vision was the biggest plus for me too works great! I did run into a problem after about 6 months with the On/Off button getting stuck so I couldn’t turn it on or off...I reached out to hello baby and they were so nice and efficient in helping me with the monitor and sending me a new one! Love this company and manufacture! Highly recommend!!

We just got this to use with both kids. Now the monitor will only pick up a clicking when my baby cries or it won't connect to one camera. Im not sure what to do or who to contact for help.
