We’ve been using this monitor for a little over a year and a half and it has worked flawlessly. The only complaint I have is the screen backlight is painfully bright in the middle of the night.

its alright. The signal connect from monitor to camera is not great. Being 2 feet away it would lose connection. Other than that it okay.

Bought this in January and it’s only March and the camera doesn’t rotate anymore. The battery life is also very short, I have to charge it several times a day. I’m not using it to monitor a baby so it’s not critical. I’m using it to monitor my kids during virtual schooling but still it’s annoying that I have to charge it that often

The camera and mounting pieces are great. We have it mounted on the wall above our daughters crib. The monitor does a great job of picking up noise, which sometimes at night is a little too loud. The night vision is good, although again, can be a little bright when I have it on at night.The camera picture is a little blurry, but this is the only one we've ever purchased so I don't have anything to compare it to. We just ordered a second camera to put in another room in our house. Would recommend and would buy again.Customer service was awesome as well. We were missing a piece to mount it and they got it sent out no questions asked.

Not sure if this product was a returned item. Seems like the camera is already linked but we cannot pair or unpair it.

Best monitor! I've told friends and family about this set and they have purchased it as well. We all love it. You can move the camera around to see your little one better. I "shush" my son back to sleep with the little microphone, it has a pretty long range and allows me to do gardening outside during nap time. If it disconnects for any reason it beeps loudly so you know you are no longer connected. Lastly, the customer service is GREAT!! We are having some trouble with the viewing monitor, and after emailing them and trying some trail and error, they are sending a brand new video screen! Super helpful and supportive.

We love this product for our lil one. The night vision is so much better than our other one.

Second one i own amd in one year the monitor doesn't work very frustrating. The first one. lasted less than two months.
