This monitor was given to me as a baby shower gift back in 2017. And then I also bought another one in 2019 with my new child. The monitors work well and The range on my monitor is very nice I was able to put my child down and walked across the street to ask my neighbor a question and could still pick up with the monitor. When my monitor stopped working because I couldn’t charge it anymore I contacted the tech support team and they send me a new one. The support team was very time efficient and within the week I had received a new monitor.

I bought this for my new born and I don’t like the fact that it never has “signal” the monitor is constantly going to sleep mood. So there I am pushing any button for the screen to turn back on or waiting for it to get “signal” in order to watch my kid while I’m in another room. It doesn’t matter where I position the camera it constantly goes in sleep mood!! Really disappointing because I don’t get to do much before I’m there pushing a button to try to turn the monitor back on to watch my kid.

Very easy to use and set up also was very easy. We are using it for aides to monitor elderly person at night- makes it easier for aides to know when to help

This is a great camera - Easy to use pan /tilt, easy to add additional cameras. But I can't standcthe fact the screens have a very small non-lithium rechargeable battery. Makes for a short battery life, and can't swap batteries when in a pinch. They need to upgrade the battery to lithium.

If you buy this, plan on having to replace the monitor part every year or so, which is $50 (and usually sold out as i assume this happens to everyone). The monitor has to be charged and over time it stops accepting a charge, so we’ve had to buy three new monitors always for that reason. I assume it’s manufactured to do this. Our current monitor is so hard to charge, we have to turn the cord just right and have to be sure not to bump it. We are having another baby soon and will need a new camera and have decided to buy a new brand completely since we’re sick of replacing the monitor.

Easy to set up and color monitor was good. However, my main reason for buying this monitor was for the night vision which was not good.

Very small screen with a stand that sits too far back so it needs to be propped up. The brightness is very bright even when you lower brightness setting. For the price and for the positive reviews, it’s very disappointing.

Being able to move the camera with the monitor is great. Screen and sound freezes frequently.

This was such an upgrade from our Motorola. The picture is clearer and it has the ability to pan. Has worked great for a while. But unfortunately after a year it is glitching. It makes in and out noises as well as flashing that there is no camera connection.
