No issues specially for its value and how quick it arrived can't complain. Only slight thing is the volume but it's not beats but does a heck of a job either way.

When I first got these I couldn't get them to work together. Either the right one worked or the left but not both.I reached out to the company. They immediately responded and told me to delete from the phone, then hold the buttons for 10 seconds together and then proceed. It worked like a charm.I've used them 3 times so far and the sound is great, long battery life, which I love (I listen to a lot of podcasts and audiobooks) and customer service is top shelf. I'm very pleased!

I should have tried them out during the return period. Only the right ear bud works and the sound is crap. Also, the fit is very uncomfortable, not a soft bud, hard as a rock and uncomfortable. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!

The sound quality is tinny. Also there is something wrong with the connections when I put the earbuds in the charging case. They don’t always charge, and I find that they are still actively connected to my phone. I have a pair of T12s from the company that are great! I don’t know if my pair of T19s are a lemon or what.

I can’t wear them while I drive. I can barely anything from them. As long as I don’t have any noise around me they are fine.
