I have only had this for about a week and it's great. I've used it to record a few videos and I cant complain. I doubt you will ever need to use it's full power. Up to 10% works great even in dark places

After a year of working from home, finally decided I needed a light for calls later in the day. This is a really lightweight and versatile light. The option to mount on two different sides is nice. The brightness and color temp are both easy to adjust. The ability to adjust the color temp is particularly helpful if you're using this to accentuate ambient lighting. The small LCD display to indicate how long the battery will last is super helpful!

I'm surprised by how useful these have been already. I teach a Zoom class once a month, and haven't taught one since these Lume Cubes arrived, but they have already paid for themselves by being so much brighter and more compact than even any tiny high-powered flashlight I own — so they've been great for going behind the tv to change some wiring, micro-inspecting the floor after dropping a glass one evening (that broke into the TINIEST shards!), and even just using them to read tiny print on a label. I haven't used the warm setting yet, but I'm impressed with how much you can vary the temperature of the light overall. And they fit right on any standard tripod screw! Really love this product so far; looking forward to putting them to use for my Zoom class next week!

Game changer! I always looked “off” compared to all the other zoom participants, no matter the time of day or whether I was in front of a window or not. The incremental cool to warm light settings helped me dial in the perfect illumination. I feel much more confident in my video calls. Thank you, Lume Cube!!

Battery life does vary depending on brightness. However, I find that the estimated time is not succinct with actual usage time and can be 1 to 2 hours less than what is displayed.

Very small but powerful enough for day to day iPhone photography. It is so compact that I’m not getting tired of having it in my jacket all the time. Just like a secret touch for my social media photos. A little touch of Lume cube panel lighting will bring the photo to another level. Highly recommended!!! Good stuff Lume Cube.

I take lots of photos and the Lume Cube has become the #1 accessory I carry with me all the time. Love how I can eliminate shadows or control the ones I want in my shots. Easy to use, great battery life. Definitely worth it!

When it works, this is a good light. The color temperature is adjustable so it doesn't need to be harsh. I use two of them, one on each side of my computer, mounted on tripods (it's helpful that they use standard tripod mounts). However, I have had to buy four of them (returning two in the process) because two of them were defective and did not charge at all. I tried with different power supplies and different cables, no dice -- the problem was definitely with the lume cubes themselves. The other two I bought work fine with the same setup. So there is some variation and quality issues. Also, don't expect them to last long -- maybe 30-40 minutes at full brightness -- so you really do need them plugged in and charging if you do a lot of zoom meetings in the course of a day, or even just one reasonably long one. That said, after going through a few of them, I've got a pair that works well now and they're useful when kept plugged in.

Man, this light is not ight, this bih is LIT, I did a vlog in darkness and this made for me to be seen and it wasn’t even on 100, but it’s nice, sturdy wit a sleek design, I rather this tbh over that big ass one that might make you bling or that lil small Lumecube...However, they all have a job and this one subjectively and objectively is better lol

The Lume Cube Panel Mini is just that mini. It does live up to what it says but you will have to realize it’s limitations and curb your expectations. This makes for a great accent light and video conferencing light and does a decent job close up in a pinch for close up portrait light on the run. For really dark areas, it will give you visibility but if you are doing any true video work go with the GO or full Panel if you can afford either of those. It can be great for product or smaller details close up shots, even great for macro. If you want this to be your portable Portrait Lighting on the go, maybe if you bounce it off a reflector to spread the light but this little guy just doesn’t have enough throw on it’s own but it’s not setup to do so. It could work in astrophotography or long exposure shots well to add some lighting effects on the go too. It’s not a bad light, but I do think the GO is a much better value. I would be happy if I could swap the mini for the Go. Instagram: thedharmalife
