Amended 8/3/21They sent a new camera which included a readable support manual, which is what I wanted in the first place. At least I can now do more than turn it on or off.This might be a good product if there was a usable operator manual. I tried to get assistance from the company but basically got Ignored. If you're familiar with game cameras fine but if you're a newbie like me, do not even consider one of these. Unless you're a glutton for punishment.

This does not allow for password protection. I have many trail cameras and require they allow for password protection, in case it is stolen.

I was extremely pleased with the trail camera for the first month or so, but then stopped getting any activity at night. I know there has been activity at night because the "bait" I have out is gone and there is nothing captured during the day time. Initially, the camera would record at night, but stopped working for some unknown. I've erased the microSD card multiples times. Maybe it needs new batteries?

This worked great when I first purchased it.. Excellent pics video night/day. A couple weeks later started to malfunction when programming.. then stopped working had to return.

Very poor distance on night vision not as advertised and the sensor does not work consistently I have many videos where the animal is almost out of the cameras view before it even starts recording will be returning for refund when it does work it takes decent quality videos in day light

UPDATE 4/3/2020Contacted by seller with usual offer to send free merchandise for update in rating. They did let me return it after the return window with Amazon expired, so I'll give them a star for that. They claim they'll make changes so you can use an external 12v source and don't have to buy 8 AA batteries at a time--we'll see.========================================================I haven't tried to use the camera, yet, because, after reading the very small (2" x 3") 10 page instruction book, and also not finding any information on downloading pictures or reviewing them, plus no USB cable, I'm seriously thinking of just returning it.
