I was not expecting a 1500 light not even close. o.k it bright, must charger it first to green 2 see the powerful brightness of this SMALL flashlight, the issue: is the cover rubber to protect it in the waterIs very very light doesn't close tidily & that look scary too me. I will not put it n water maybe rain but not n water. even so , I do like it alot I saw 3 mode not 5 mode till I read the Manuel::: well I must click twice the high bottom( first 2 bottom I'll say) 2 get the orher 2 mode. OH sorry for any convenience seller. Beside the rubber cover issue this ready a good light I had bunch of this thing b4 & the best smallest all around bright light l SEEM SO FAR !! ( this is simple my view)

I like that I can use the USB cable that came with it, or put the battery into the external charger that I had for a similar flashlight.

The lights is very bright and we love that it is chargeable. We have bought other flashlights before and with time they loss their bright while the battery wear out. Since this is chargeable it keeps its bright

First off: charge the battery as soon as you get the light. It got the light going just after opening, and wasn’t too impressed with the output. Well, I plugged it in (included USB) and went to bed. The next night was a whole different light! I think the output is pretty darn close to advertised...at least 1000 lumens. So to the build: Right out of the box I was impressed with the hand feel and size, nice and narrow. The clip is great! That’s important to me as clips are often an afterthought. Clips have a lot to do with how I carry and grip a light. This one has a really good ergonomic shape and has a nice lip to help guide over a pocket into position for carry. You can reverse it too and clip on a hat. It comes with a 18650 battery and has onboard USB charging! Note: it uses button top 18650’s. Flat top will not work. This is a $20 light we’re talking about gang, not $40-60. For what it is, I’m impressed. If you have a limited budget or need a few extras for the house or trucks, I wholeheartedly recommend the L21.

I have a Fenix 36 series light and this one is not as bright but is 75% cheaper. All in all a very good light with decent throw and the battery has held up good so far. Well worth the $$$
