Excellent product, good price, easy installation. My only suggestion would be show a better diagram of where the reset button is. Had it for a month now and very satisfied.

Not good at all. It freezes up. Picture quality is ok. It will not connect if i am away from home I dislike this product

Good product overall. I thought I would leave some tips based on some installation problems I had. - This doorbell works on 2.4ghz wi-fi only. I had to contact Comcast Tech Support for them to enable 2.4 ghz on my 5 ghz router. Took about 20 minutes for this. - I live in 3 story condo. Doorbell is by front door on 1st floor. Wi-fi router is on 2nd floor near the same side of the condo as the front door. I could not get it connected initially. I had to get a USB cord and power bank, plug it into the doorbell to power it up, and then initialize it while sitting next to the router. After it connected to the network, I took it back downstairs (attached to the power bank), and then attached it to the doorbell wires. - Then, it would not stay connected to the network. Luckily, I had a wi-fi extender on my 3rd floor, which I moved to the 1st floor by the front door. Once I connected the doorbell to the extender network, then everything worked fine.I almost returned it based on the set-up problems, but I kept plugging away and now I am happy with the product. Just thought I would offer some tips for others going through set-up issues.

As long as you have the correct voltage for the doorbell this is easy to set up. You will need the 2.4 ghz wifi and then setup is a breeze. But the best part is you get recordings you can access remotely and don't have to pay a monthly fee. Also I needed the included angle adapter to mount the unit. Total about 20 minutes.

This product concerned me as it was SO SO much cheaper then it’s competitors. But, it was easy to install, works perfect, even alerts me on my Apple Watch when motion is detected. Clear day and night picture quality. Ability to speak to guests through microphone. LOVE IT

As I said in my previous review of this product, I love my new IDOO Video Doorbell so much that I bought my girlfriend one for a Christmas gift. After I installed her video doorbell, she was absolutely amazed. Since my girlfriend's elderly mother lives with her, her video doorbell gives her the peace of mind knowing who is at her door in a moments notice. Protect your home and loved ones and eliminate worry and fear. Don't buy other expensive products, this IDOO product has great picture quality and is so easy to use. It only takes about 20 minutes to install. If you want to make a great impression on someone you love and care for, IDOO Video doorbells is the answer.

Installation was a breeze once we updated our 1972 existing interior door chime and rewired everything. I'm guessing not many people would have to do what we did.For someone who is not tech savvy,,,that would be me,,,It took me a couple days to finally figure out that both my phone and the door bells (front and back) needed to be on the same wifi. We have two Verizon Jet Packs, and my mistake was registering the doorbells under one account and my phone was under the other account. Once I got everything on the same network and turned off my 5g, connecting was a breeze.After getting both front and back doorbells on my phone, all I had to do was go into the Gennec Acct. and click on Share Device, enter my husbands email address and viola, he was connected automatically.Overall, I am very satisfied with myself in that I was able to do this on my own without having to contact Customer Service. Trust me, if my husband and I can do it, so can you.
