These headphones are absolutely the best headphones I have ever worn or heard in my life. I love bass. I live for music and great sound.These make everything 10x better! I have had sennheiser, Bose, beats, Sony mx etc. you name it. I sold them all. Crusher evos beat them by miles. Absolutely love this product. Just bought a second pair when I lost the first pair. But guess what - they cost 20$, so losing one isn't an issue! Which is why I love these headphones.- Sound quality is fine, all ranges are great (only a true audiophile would find issue).- Super comfortable - the key is that the wires extend out of the headphone, not the thing that goes over your ears.- Have compared to the real Beats these are based on. These are my second ones. The first were given to me as a gift two years ago. One of the earphone finally gave up. That was due to the way I was taking them off; but they are great. Many people think they are beats headphones. Great product for the price.

I've had all types of expensive Beats before and have performed good. These are doing good so far and were delivered quick. Awesome product!

I've owned a lot of headphones. An embarrassingly high quantity. Beats, Sennheiser, Bose, Focal, and everything in-between. In all of the examples there is always something you're giving up. Beats you get great bass but the rest of the sound is flat. Bose you get great sound overall but they tend to sound synthetic. Focal Sphere's are the best in-ear headphones I've ever used and therefore I compare all sound to those.In comes the Audio-Technica M40x. I use these for recording online videos for my channel as well as music, movies, and games. I let these break in playing a mix of high bass music for 24 hours and then when I put them on it was pure bliss. The bass is substantial but not fake, the mids and highs are gorgeous. You can pick out the individual instruments and even as a non-audiophile I can tell the quality of the music being played. They're amazing! So far they are the best over the ear headphones I've ever used. I have not tried these with my phone, however, but I would suspect you would need an amp to get the quality out of them that they are capable of producing.If you're looking for a fantastic pair of headphones - your journey ends here.

This review it a little late but ive had these headphones for a year now and i love them better than your overpriced beats and the pads havent torn or ripped and i wear earrings. The sound if phonemenal you can hear all the intruments in a song its amazing and breathtaking. I do recommend the ATH-M50x because they have better drivers but if you cant cash out the extra 50 these are your best option
