This camera vastly improved my video and audio participation in Zoom meetings.

I was in need of a video security camera system for my property which offered night vision, WiFi connection, HD capabilities, SD storage and remote access. The DCT camera is over the top with clarity and resolution! And the VicoHome app was easy to install. I actually had the camera up and running in a few minutes after formatting my Micro SD card (I'm using a Scan Disk 64 GHz 10 Class), pairing the DCT camera and the VicoHome app to my WiFi router.I really like the very strong magnetic base which came with a couple of mounting hardware options. It can be positioned side to side close to 170 degrees if needed. Plan your best view point, activate the camera and simply adjust to the best frame of reference.With the VicoHome app I was able to select the record time, notification settings, audio settings, lighting settings, motion detection and best of all the Library history which includes dates and times. And YES you also can view "LIVE" video! I receive notifications on my smartphone when I'm at work or at play.I installed a solar panel charger but even with full sun it did not perform well. I purchased a 5V 2A USB plug in wall charger and a 25 foot USB cable with a micro USB end for a solid power source. This was the way to go for the camera. Never a drop in power after several months!I had a slight issue with the WiFi connection with the router and camera. It went from Medium to Weak at times. I purchased a WiFi Signal Range Extender and place it nearer to the camera. I went into the app and removed the camera then reinstalled the camera once the VicoHome app found the new WiFi 2.4GHz signal. This boost of signal strength went from Medium/Weak to STRONG! And the result was faster loading with the "LIVE" viewing option.I highly recommend this DCT security camera system. I've had it for a few months with no issues. The VicoHome app is easy to reference and manageable. Plus the app has Tech Chat help if needed.

Great camera without the hassel of them trying to rope you into a video storage subscription. You can download the video/audio you want to keep to your camera.. holds over a week's worth (depending on the activity) on its own. Excellent price.. works great.

So far I'm happy with the purchase. Haven't tried it out in the field, but everything seems to be working. Even the app works if you understand how WIFI connections work (be sure and turn off data when you connect to camera WIFI).
