Didn't fit and not keen on packaging
The 2 filters didn't fit the lens properly, and a scraping sound was heard as one screwed it on, or attempted to. Threads just didn't match up, or resulted in an angle that could have resulted in a damaged thread on the NIKON lens if I had continued. If you have used HOYA you know there is no sound when filter is screwed on, and it is smooth. Returns were very swift. Need better Quality Assurance in Manufacture to avoid this kind of problem! Whilst pouch is robust it would scratch the filters, that have no markings on them. Indiviual cases so much better!

Not the best, but great overall value
Honestly, the only reason this scores so well is because it's so cheap, but has so many parts (of varying levels of usefulness). The foam insert for the case is a joke- when they ship the pack they just kinda toss everything in a bag inside the case, which causes the foam to lose its shape. Not a huge deal though, since it's shaped for a full sized GoPro, and I only have a Hero 5 Session (one of the little cube ones). In addition to that, the foam is cheap feeling, so you're probably better off without it. The case, on the other hand, is actually pretty sturdy, and shouldn't buckle under normal use such being thrown into a tightly packed backpack. The main reason I love this kit is the fact that it has pretty much every mounting option I could ever need. This makes it that much easier to use a GoPro. While I don't see myself using some of the parts (such as the floaty and the monopod- erm... Selfie stick), it's nice to have them on hand if the need ever arises. I mainly use the suction cup, tripod adapter, and on rare occasion the body straps. Most of the parts feel like they're fairly well made, but not quite the level you'd get from GoPro branded parts (I was only able to directly compare the adhesive mounts and mounting plates), and the plastic finish is certainly cheaper and a bit flimsier, but the whole point of this pack is to be economical.Overall, the main reason to get one of these is to at least have all of the mounting options for your GoPro (or knockoff clone) for a decent price.

Compact, many great features, versatile, well made
I'm a tripod guy - I have at least a dozen. I have compact ones for travel, big rugged ones when I need a heavy duty model, carbon fiber, aluminum and combination. If you use this tripod a few times you'll realize that whomever designed it took the best features from several tripods and combined them here - although they missed a few.So I'll start with the misses. The feet - strictly rubber feet. They can be spun out and removed, but there's no spikes to replace them. Spikes are fantastic for dirt, sand, etc. The feet spin out easily - you'll want to tighten them and leave them all the way in - or I guarantee you'll lose them. The ball pivot. It's straight or at a 45 degree angle. I'd prefer if there were locking options with inbetween angles. You can accomplish these varying angles by changing the length of the tripod legs and adding a weight to stabilize it, so that's kind of a wash. There's no place to stash the included hex key. This can come in really handy, but it's not needed when making a monopod out of the tripod. The legs lock in three fixed positions. This is a feature I have used many times on tripods. Hiking in Utah and shooting from boulders I could angle the legs as needed for a secure perch. The wider the legs, the more stable the tripod, making it exceptionally good for timelapse and long exposure. There's a center column hook for a sandbag - it's pretty light duty though - a steel shaft in a plastic housing with plastic threads. I would not go more than 5 lbs. If you really need weight, open the legs more and use sandbags. I've also used tent stakes with a paracord loop around the feet. All of the dials and knobs are aluminum, not plastic. That's really nice and increases the life of the tripod by years. Plastic knobs eventually break. They snap if bumped too hard. Aluminum bay dent or scratch, but it won't break like plastic. All the hardware (connecting screws, nuts, bolts) are stainless. The included ball head is also darn nice. It has the thicker 3/8-24 thread which is typical for a tripod head. The plate is an Arca-Swiss style sliding plate, and the camera screw has a built-in thumb-catch for hand tightening. No tools (or coins) needed. The plate can be loosened and slid back and forth but will not slide off the head. You need almost two full rotations of the locking knob to fully release the plate. Nice. There's also a built-in bubble level. The ball mechanism sits in a Teflon pocket - so it's smooth. The top of the tripod (where the head attaches) has a reversible screw - 1/4-20 for cameras or 3/8-24 for tripod heads. The top orange collar locks it in place. It's all hand tightened, so it is possible to start spinning off the ball head without realizing it - there's no locking screws to lock the tripod head in place. The best way to attach the head is to remove the dual sided screw and collar. On the tripod head, loosen the big locking dial and move the plate to the 45 degree position (so it's tucked in the notch.) Thread in the tripod mount screw until it stops - it's actually pressing against the ball at this point. Now spin on the orange collar. Loosen the screw 1/2 a turn. Tighten the collar as tight as you can (without tools!) Now spin on the head and tighten. You'll find it's much more difficult to accidentally spin off.Anyway, great tripod, a little on the heavier side when compared to compact or carbon fiber models, but a good choice for all-around use. Plus being able to convert to a monopod in under a minute is really handy.

Stop stressing over it and jump in -- you will lov
I agonized over this one for a YEAR. I am not a professional photographer by trade, but have come to love it as my hobby. When I recently upgraded from a Rebel to my 7D, I felt it was time to take the plunge. Man oh man, am I glad I did! My daughter is in gymnastics and they perform in caves. OK, not literally, but trust me when I say the lighting is as bad as it gets. With this lens, I was able to shoot at f2.8 1/250 @ 3200 ISO and got some amazing shots. In a few cases, when they were way in the back, I cranked ISO to 6400 and went to 1/500s and while noisy, at least I had the shot. Others around me (including a guy with the 70-200 f4-5.6) were out of luck. It focuses fast and the quality is just amazing for an amateur like me to use. Find a way to remind yourself about the different IS settings and optimal zoom setting. Sometimes I shoot for a while realizing I had it set non-optimally. I drive a Hyundai so I can feed my camera habit, and I don't regret it one bit. This thing is just great. One other thing. As many of the reviewers said, you WILL get noticed with this. I've already been asked by owners/management at a pool and restaurant who I worked for and why was I taking pics. "uhhh, it's my daughter's birthday." So just be aware that you are conspicuous with this thing. Highly recommend a monopod as well. It is heavy. But worth every ounce.HTH

Tweak the settings for a better picture
For the price this is a fantastic webcam. It’s very clear and allows you to zoom in without loosing much quality. It connects to the top of a monitor with the standard clamp or screws onto a tripod or monopod. I like that it also comes with a usb c adapter since some computers have only usb c connections.Straight out of the box you need to adjust some settings otherwise the image is too sharp and things look weird. There is also a physical lens cap but you have to stick it on before you can use it. This should honestly have been integrated. The AI on the camera isn’t great. So it comes auto enabled. So you have to disable it. That’s the first issue. The button to disable it is a touch sensitive button on the back of the device. But it isn’t firm. It’s on a rubber boot that feels like it can be depressed. I didn’t see the small AI icon on the webcam video and I pressed this harder and harder until my finger with through the rubber boot. Still works, but it feels like a bad design. I like the AI off, that way I can set the zoom. With it on, it seems to constantly update and I’m afraid it may make people watching the video seasick. It’s very distracting to me. I prefer a physical tracking and zoom over a digital one as the movements seems to feel natural and not as jumpy.

Geekoto X25 Defender
The Geekoto X25 "Defender" is a bargain priced compact tripod that offers lots of versatility. Its polished metal components are complimented by attractive red anodized accents. This model is constructed of quality aluminum. While the legs are a little thin, they offer similar stability to larger carbon fiber brands and additional stability can be provided by using the spring loaded bottom hook. The Defender has a lot of different configurations. One of the legs is removable and can be screwed to the ball head creating a monopod. If you pull up on the center column, an elbow is revealed and becomes a horizontal arm. This can be reattached on the bottom to provide very low angle shots. If the horizontal arm is used at the top of the tripod you should really add a counter weight to prevent tipping (- just necessary for the heavier gear). The tripod's legs can fold flat on the floor for low angle work or can be folded up in reverse toward the ball head.Ideal for travel, the X25 only weighs 4.39 lbs. and folds down to 18.5". Extended the tripod tops out at 75", but there is also a 3-3/4" column tube extension that will get you up over 78" -or even 80" if you skinny up the legs.Overall, the Defender is an ideal choice for the photo enthusiast and can make a good second pair of sticks for a pro shooting mirrorless or even a medium sized DSLR.

Pro-level video quality at a consumer price
The media could not be loaded.

If you are looking for a 360 camera and your priority is video quality, the 1-inch 360 offers the best video quality I've seen for any 360 camera under $2000. Its sensors are about four times larger than the sensors used in consumer 360 cameras. The difference in sensor size makes its videos look "richer" (this difference will be more noticeable to more experienced shooters). The large sensors also give the 1-inch 360 the best low light video performance available for a 360 camera under $2000.Downsides: first, it's significantly heavier. My wrist gets tired when I hold the 1-inch 360 with a long monopod. Second, it's not great at high frame rate. If slow motion is important for you, the 1-inch 360 is not designed for that. Third, it's water resistant but not waterproof. These weaknesses mean that it's not designed for action (if that's your priority, check out the Insta360 X3 instead). However, if you want the best video quality, there's nothing that can beat the 1-inch 360 at anywhere near this price range. I uploaded a sample video, but Amazon review videos have very limited resolution and high compression, so it can't really do it justice. Instead, I suggest searching for videographer Brandon Li's videos of the 1-inch 360 to see what this excellent camera is capable of.

Great Build Quality! Even Better Value!
The media could not be loaded.

The swivel head pans left to right as well as up and down very smoothly. I am 5' 10" add 4" for the cowboy hat and as you can see in the photo, this tripod Atilla towers over me at full extension. Adding my canon t5i with 300mm lens at that height is no problem. The Cayer Tripod appears to be extremely sturdy even with the added weight. There is a spring loaded hook to add weight to the tripod if needed. I would like to see tge hook be a bit more heavy duty however I an nit picking at this point. Positive grip from the rubber feet. Ability to switch the handle from side to side is an added touch. The carry bag us robust and comes with a shoulder strap. The strap is meh ok I reckon, it could be better however I did not purchase this cayer tripod for a shoulder strap on the carry bag. The ability to take off 1 leg to use as a monopod has been wonderful and being able to attach the swivel head is even better. The legs will extend in the folded up position as well to provide overhead shots whether they be for videoijg or macro photography. Yet another great feature. Where the legs attach to the frame of the tripod is also very robust. I can't tell if they the frame there is aluminum or a very solid plastic, either way it feels lightweight yet durable and makes me feel reassured about my gear sitting atop the cayer tripod! This has been great thus far (a couple weeks). Great Job cayer! You have knocked this 1 out of the park. Amazing quality at an even better price!!!

An affordable, compact quality Carbon Fiber tripod
Not too long ago, a carbon fiber tripod of this quality would have been at least 3-6 times the current price of this Manbily tripod. I fully expected to be giving this item a poor review, since at this price point, there just had to be general cost cutting measures-plastic hubs, low quality joinery and locking hubs, etc.. Let me be clear- I found NONE of these issues in this tripod. The hubs and latches are all cast or machined metal alloy, the fit and finish is equal to any high end branded tripod. Everything is tight and smooth and precise. The ball head is smaller (and lighter) than my pricey Arca, but seems equal in mechanical quality, and even features an additional fine adjustment knob not found on the Swiss ball, which cost fully 5 times the price of this entire Manbily outfit! The manufacturer cautions against using any lens over 200mm on the included ball head, a common sense precaution. I find a gimbal easier with telephoto lenses for wildlife, and, with a couple 1 liter bottles of water hooked to the bottom of the center column, this should be solid and stable. To my surprise, this Manbily tripod may be replacing my current Gitzo CF travel tripod, on which I have worn out the locking mechanisms over many miles and many years. It is that good of a tripod- it strikes a good balance between weight and stability, at a bargain price. The only negative I could find was the included plastic phone holder, it just cheapens the entire package. The included metal spikes for the feet might be handy, especially if converting to a monopod, and the zipper carry case is a bonus.
