For medium to far security this is one of my favorite Amcrest 4K fixed lens cameras. The camera and IR are separate so the camera does not suffer from debris or pollen reflecting back from the dome.The IR fill at 5-30 yards is much better than most domes providing a fuller view at night.I am still comparing moving object captures in daytime and night conditions, but I think they will also be a bit better than the dome cameras I have tried.The camera aim is much easier with one Allen screw to loosen to free the turret for positioning. The other cameras require the unscrewing of 3 dome screws to remove the cover and adjust the camera being mindful of the IR led positions to eliminate housing reflection into the lens, there’s none of that here.I will update with images to compare.

I purchased these lens cap keepers so that would not have to stuff my lens cap into my pocket. The adhesive is still sticking to the lens after a week.

I was buying this webcam for my cousin, because it was cheap, and he needed it for remote school, and as I tested it out before giving it to him, I noticed that this camera was WAY better in terms of quality than my webcam of double the price! I ended up giving my old one to him, and kept this for myself. One thing to note is this camera has a fish eye lens, and it almost seems like it came straight out of a action camera or drone, because it's a hilarious amount of real estate the camera covers, but that may be good for people who are recording and want large space covered. Just be ready to have a bit of a fish eye effect in your footage. The camera does a good job keeping everything focused, and it does have the ability to manually rotate the lens for manual focus.

 Great camera - lots of fun to use and has fantastic image stabilization out of the box.360° recording is dead simple, as is the supplied application for editing. With the right plugins, can also be done directly in Adobe Premiere after exporting the equirectilinear videos.I would HIGHLY recommend that you always use the lens protectors since the lenses protrude from the base enough that they become a liability. Better to replace a lens protector than to send a camera back for lens replacement!There are FAR better choices if all you want is a front-facing action camera. They won't necessarily have as wide a field of view as the GoPro Max in "Hero mode" but they will offer modern video sizes (i.e. more than 1440 - seriously GoPro .. its 2021). Perhaps this can be a firmware update to push Hero mode into 2022 territory.This camera was bought for a very specific purpose, one that I am sure it will excel at given some serious simulation / practice. Awesome for 360° work where a moderately waterproof camera is necessary. I do not intend to do underwater work with this but wanted seriously "splash proof"

 Bought this camera to record my RC drifting hobby. I already own their insta360 Go2 small action camera, so I decided to upgrade and go full 360. This camera kit comes with the 360 and 4k lens.I posted the video of the 360 lens while in a tandem drift session at my local hobby shop Sheldons Hobbies in San Jose CA.This camera comes with a GoPro style mount and you can find other accessories through the insta360 company.The battery life isn't too bad unless you're constantly recording 4k or higher content, good thing is it has a USB C connection so you can plug an external charger onto it to make it last quite a bit longer.If you're looking for an action camera that looks amazing and has easy UI then this is the one.

I bought this camera last month. I am very happy with it's performance. The kit lens provided is really good with IS within it. I utilized the camera fully on one of my friend's wedding and the outcome was really great! 450D captures every beautiful thing. 3.5 fp is enough to get nearly 40 shots in 10 seconds out of which 20 at least would be sharp and great.Only problem ( not sure if it is) I found with the camera is that, when I opened the cap of the camera where we insert lens, I found a tiny golden color ring lying inside detached. I am scared if it has been detached from an important part (sensor??) . Would be great if someone helps me out if they know about this.

Was a Really awesome camera that worked great for when my Gf and I went to Myrtle Beach, it took grate photos and videos of the ocean.Why I say was a great camera is because the lens somehow got a scratch in it even though it has never been out of the waterproof case. I took It when we went Hiking in the fall and took photos with it, the photos came out good but there was a blur in the center of every one of them and I could not see that through the screen on the camera. So after putting it on my phone I noticed it and looked at the camera and sure enough somehow there is a scratch on the lens, Unsure how this happen so now I am debating on buying another Eken or getting a go pro idk

The lens material is very professional and the macro lens has a great zoom, haven't used the other lens yet but I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
