Compact and holds a lot of gear.
It holds a A lot of camera gear. I wish the tripod holder was a bit bigger because it is not big enough for a larger tripod. But when I went on vacation, and went on my last photo shoot I just tucked everything I would need into that bag away we went .

Very nice, compact, sturdy, but lightweight
When I don't want or need my full-size tripod, this small tripod, which comes in its own carry bag is a nice alternative. Yes, it only expands up to two feet, but if you need to place it on a table top or flat rock or even on the ground, that will do. The legs also individually adjust to be perpendicular to the ground, which I imagine could nice if I needed to, say, prop it against a wall. The floating ball is easily adjustable and everything feels smooth and steady.

A Truly Amazing Tripod
This tripod is adjustable in every way like any other tripod. But its lightweight and durable for a price that can't be beat. If you need a nice, tall tripod I definitely recommend this beauty.

I am very happy with this purchase. The binocs are comfortable to use and adjust and I did not have any collimination issues. The tripod adaptor works well - the cap screws off and the instructions do not tell you this so I have pry scatches on it from failed attempts. There is a lot of light coming into these things but the 15X (as reviewed by others) is hard to stabilize. The tripod does not allow you to really get your eyes up tight to the binocs without shaking. I found that you can hold the binocs while on the tripod and this gives good stability. You do need a tripod about 1' taller than you to look at most overhead objects. Very good for watching elk at dusk, as well.

The scope gives a very clear field of view. It's light and very portable which is what I was looking for. I wish there were more than two eyepieces, but they do the job nicely. I wish that the tripod were made better. It seems to be a bit chincey, so I'll use a camera tripod that I have.But over all I'm pleased with my purchase.

The best starter tripod you can get
For starting out, you really can't beat this price. It does exactly what you need it to do and has great height. I gave the stability rating a 4 though for the fact that I tried panning with this tripod and it wasn't very smooth. Other than that, I love it.

Interesting piece of equipment.
Haven't really used it to tell you anything about it. This is my 1st tripod and all I can say is that it is stable, sturdy and if you take care of your products, this will last a long time. I like it as of right now. It does what I need it to do.
