This is a solidly good hands-free neck phone holder...so I am fairly happy with it in general. Although there is one negative for me that will possibly keep me from using it as much as I otherwise might have. So this thing is pretty solid and durable feeling, the magnet feels strong, its relatively light weight, and is very easy to set up and use. So very good all-around.The main negative for me though, is that the part that rests on the center of your chest...is just not padded softly enough in my opinion. As someone with a heart/chest related condition I strongly dislike any pressure on my chest. So I was hoping the soft part...would be even softer. Its not firm per se, and it does have a soft layer of rubber or plastic. But..its a very thin layer and is otherwise not really that padded..as its just a thin layer, and you can feel the firm weight of it right underneath that thin layer. It does come with the strap system though, which definitely helps offset that...albeit not 100% either.Another thing I can do is just tilt it so it rests more like on my pectoral...which is much softer than the ribs/chest. However..that might look a bit strange to be walking around with it askew like that. Therefore while I definitely like it better than some others I have tried...I probably still wont be using it out in public so much, but more so at home when walking around or wanting to go hands free. (unless I DIY something soft underneath myself.)Another great aspect is that I can use it for laying down...as it works pretty well there, and I can easily tilt it towards my pectoral for more comfort. The magnet is also strong enough to hold the phone both vertically + horizontally...which is another big plus. (Although the strength of the magnet is less when horizontal so you have to be a little more careful.)Overall...this is a solidly good phone holder than is better than the other 2 units of this type I have tried previously. It is lightwieght but yet sturdy, very easy to use, and has a few very useful features. So while my own quirk leaves me wanting some more padding...this is likely still an excellent choice for a lot of people...and I would very likely recommend it.
