As I am already familiar with the brand K&F Concept from my previous positive experiences with filters, mounts, and camera bags I was delighted to discover these variable filters for the DJI Mini 5 Pro.This Variable Neutral Density filter (i.e. VND) is a convenient way of having x5 different ND filters, effectively sunglasses for the lens, into one piece, while capturing aerial shots during different daylight conditions.The lens are solid, scratch and shatterproof with special Nano Coating for longevity.This VND filter is effectively a polariser with a rotating lens disk with levels 1 to 5 i.e.:1 = ND 2 --- Cloudy/Sunset2 = ND 4 --- Partly cloudy3 = ND 8 ----Clear daylight4 = ND 16 ---Bright sunny5 = ND 32 ---Very bright sunlightInstallation onto the camera lens is quite straightforward and the ultra lightweight (i.e. 1 g) does not add to the total weight of the Mini 5 Pro.I love the idea of VND filter as it saves me from fitting & removing different filters and it also protects the main lens as an added benefit.To capture the best aerial footage ND filters are a must and this variable ND filter by K&F is a worthwhile investment.
