Beautiful effect for portrait photography
I ordered the Neewer 82mm Black Mist 1/8 filter for my Nikon lens and I think it's well-made. The filter fits perfectly, and the housing around the glass is made of brass.
I also appreciate that the filter comes in a slim, sturdy storage box and case. This makes it easy to store and transport safely. The box can also be used as a picture frame, which I think is a great, modern, and stylish idea.
But back to the main point. With the filter, background lights appear slightly more diffused and have a subtle glow. This creates an atmospheric effect, which I really like. I mainly use the filter for portraits.
I'm very happy with my new lens accessory and I enjoy using it. It deserves five stars.
