Soften Your Image
We are at a point with digital photography/videography where image quality is almost too crisp and detailed. Black mist filters help soften the image a bit and come in numbered (fraction) values in terms of how much diffusion they provide. This filter is on the low end of the diffusion scale at 1/8", it is about the minimum value that is perceptible to the human eye. Black mist filters are best for portrait and night photography. K&F has become my go to brand when looking for filters and this bit of kit is at the top of their line of quality filters. K&F have filters at just about every price point but this offering is at the top of their line. You can tell by the packaging that this is one of their best and it carries a price point along with that. If you are a professional photographer/videographer this is a black mist filter you should consider, if you are passionate about your hobby this set will appeal to you as well.
