It just wasn't the right speaker for me. Sound is not great, battery would not hold full charge.

Liked camera but battery needs to be replaced soon
Really liked the picture and the range isn't bad. The rechargeable battery stopped holding a charge about after 6 months of use but can order a new one cheap. Just annoying.

Awesome customer service
Moonybabies customer service was amazing. My battery was not holding a charge. They sent me a whole new monitor because the battery was back ordered.

Battery stopped holding charge
Monitor stopped holding charge after about 3 months of use..just missed the 90 day return window so now we’re stuck with it. Defeats the purpose of having a portable monitor.**edit**I was able to contact their customer service through a message on the infant optics website and they were able to walk me through the steps to reset the battery and had it charging again within 12 hours of messaging them on a holiday weekend!

Excellent Customer Service
I have been using this monitor for the past 1.5 years without issue. The quality is excellent for the price. Recently the battery stopped holding a charge and I was unable to find a replacement online. I reached out to customer service and they promptly shipped me a new battery within a few days.

The quality of the Products is good.
The 2-pack battery and charging station arrived in under three days. The batteries charged in a few hours. The batteries are holding their charge after a few days in use.

So far I am liking my Fitbit Blaze; however ...
So far I am liking my Fitbit Blaze; however it is not holding a charge the way it did when I first received it. I could go 2 or 3 days between charges and now I have to charge it every night. I put it on around 6am and by 10pm the battery is almost dead.

Clear Sound Quality and Handy Charging Case
Using this headset I can hear clearly and others can hear me clearly. It's holding the battery charge well and the charging case has its own rechargeable battery so you can charge the headset again even when you're not near a power supply.
