I wanted to be able to shoot off camera flash without having to use HSS (high speed sync), so i did a little research and came to the conclusion that I needed an ND Filter. There are a lot of options out there but I knew the price point I was comfortable staying in and this filter was the best blend for versatility (3-11 stops) and price. I didn't see the benefit in getting an ND filter with a smaller stop range such as 3-5 or 7-11 etc. This ND filter covers the entire range in one package. And the adjustment ring feels high quality and has really good feedback when stopping down or up. I saw some people complaining about the grid pattern you get sometimes when stopping down on other ND filters, but I haven't experienced that problem. This ND filter has been nothing but perfect for me. I was able to shoot at 11 AM with with harsh light and overpower the sun with my flash for a recent shoot while staying under 1/250 sec. I definitely recommend this ND filter if you need to stop down for whatever type of photography you're into.
The only issue you may have with this ND filter is trying to use a lens hood with the filter as they may not fit with one another.

From the packaging and presentation to the build quality and functionality, this is a very solid purchase. I am very pleased with this filter and plan to order more from K&F Concept in the future.

It's a very good variable ND filter, very useful and the images are clear. Used it when we went to Great Falls MD to take pictures of waterfalls.

In this photo that I show,, I only modified the shadows with Photoshop, then everything is the same as it came from the camera,,, it allows you to control the high lights at an unimaginable level,,, it has a dominant color towards the green, but it is something that with Photoshop is corrected,,, you know take advantage of

this is perfect if you take photos during peak sunlight. It basically gives your camera sunglasses. the filter quality is great and doesn't degrade the quality of your photo. If you've ever taking a photo outside and everything looked dark then you need an ND filter. I used this on the RF35mm f1.8 and noticed a little vignetting but this can be corrected in post. Since it's variable you can adjust the filter on the fly depending on how much light there is. The adjustment goes completely around so if you spin it all the way one way it'll take you from light to dark since there's no hard stop. It also comes with its own hard case so you can store it away in your camera bag without worry.

Its great quality dynamic range all in one ND filter, perfect fit on Nikon D750. It adds great value in Natural Photography by adding dramatic effects through controlling light intensity from low to higher or higher to low range with just one filter being installed on the lens.
