This K&F Concept DSLR Tripod is best tripod for macro photography in my opinion as well as for other photography. Let’s start at the top with ball head – I feel like the ball/socket diameter is larger than some other tripods, meaning more stability and strength when your camera is locked in place at an angle. Providing the best rotated 360 degreesThe pan and tilt motion are controlled via rubber-gripped knobs, which when twisted release the lock mechanism so you can rotate the camera in whatever direction you choose. Loosening one of the side knobs on the K&F Concept slightly allows you to maintain some resistance in the panning motion, ideal for precise panoramic shots or panoramas. A non-oil dampening mechanism helps keep the movement silky smooth. The centre column of the K&F Concept DSLR Tripod deserves special mention for its ability to be inverted 180°, allowing you to suspend your camera for close up macro photography The three aluminum tripod legs allow the tripod to extend to 60.62, with the center column extending completely to a maximum height as well. With an overall weight with ball head of only 3.63lbs, this lightweight tripod is ideal for travel. 5 sections leg can adjust the height with the twist-leg-locks, ideal for one-handed operation.

I had recently purchased a small Manfrotto tripod but it was too light and moved around when trying to take long exposures so I needed something sturdier. The TM2515T was recommended to me by a friend and with the all metal construction I figured it would be a better choice. It comfortably holds up my Sony A7Rii along with the battery grip. The bag that the tripod comes in is very nice and protective, it also comes with a smaller soft pouch to protect the tripod head. The tripod itself is very sturdy and has simple, easy to use locking mechanisms that hold the head in place right where I need it to be. The legs can extend to a crazy height and even then it is extremely sturdy and it includes a hook on the bottom to attach weights to weigh it down for windy situations. The tripod also folds down tio be very compact which makes it easy to bring with me on trips. There are two separate ball joints that lock in place using twist knobs and two seperate swivel joints that can also be locked into place. This allows for a ton of movement so you can put the camera right where it needs to be. The swivel joints turn extremely smoothly and I figure that people who do video can use that to their advantage. What I love the most about this tripod is the detachable tripod leg which you can combine with the head to use as a monopod. I do a lot of motorsports photography and this feature is super handy when using it to capture subjects in motion. Overall I love the tripod and I don't see myself switching to anything else for a long time due to the versatility and stability that this provides.

This tripod is compact, to give u reference it is the length of 2 of my shoes. It is very sturdy for it's size, I used it for my camera and it didn't shake or sway in the wind like my other cheaper tripods. I also like the fact that the bracket is adjustable and it works with my quick release brackets for my strap so it should work on most brackets, smart!

I saw this tripod had a transverse center column and really wanted one to do some interesting vertical photos. I tested it out this weekend, and I will say, I am liking the tripod a lot! I have never owned a tripod with a center column like this, but after using it, I really like how low you can get with this tripod. The only downside is that if you put the center column all the way to the right, it may not balance well, especially if your camera is heavy. In addition, I think there is a problem with the fluid ball head. One time, the head was stuck, and would not move, even when it was loosened up. I'm not sure exactly why this happened but just to keep in mind. Other than that, I have not had any other problems, and since it is so light, I will most likely use this for all my traveling!

Looks like this same tripod is being sold under different brand names. I decided to buy this one based purely on cost, and I’m glad I did. See below some of the mail features:Pros:- Ideal travel tripod. I folds to merely 15.4 in (39 cms) and it not weights 3.64 lb (1.65 Kg) including ball head. Given those features, I find it odd it’s not advertised as a travel tripod.- The transversal center column is a **huge** advantage for product photography and for taking pictures around tables. With regular tripods, legs get in the way and don’t allow the camera to be close to the table. Depending on the lens being used, that’s not an ideal situation.- Excellent materials and built construction. There are carbon fiber options out there, but the difference in weight doesn’t make up for the big difference in price.- Provided with a weight hook to improve stabilization (I think this is a must for lightweight tripods).- The ball head seems to be Arca-Swiss compatible, but they don’t advertise it as such.- Nice rubberized texture on one of the legs (no expanded plastic like cheaper options).- The twist-and-turn mechanism for locking the legs takes up less space than the alternative lever locking mechanism.- Thicker legs than competing options from other manufacturers (e.g. Benro).Cons:- Ballhead is “ ok” , definitely not excellent. Both the section that attaches to the camera and the upper part of the ball head (clip section) are made of hard plastic, not metal. This is OK for smaller cameras, but I wouldn’t use it with DSLRs or expensive mirrorless cameras.- The knob for adjusting the transversal column height and inclination needs to be overly tighten to prevent the column from collapsing to the side.Neutral:- As indicated above, although the twist-and-turn mechanism takes less space, I actually preferred the assurance of the level locking mechanism. But I recognize this is a matter of taste. All in all, advantages definitely outweigh disadvantages. This is a solid buy.

Ok, but seriously. When I say top notch, I mean this tripod is all-encompassing awesomeness. It feels sturdy and smooth, yet light and durable enough to travel with. It can hold your DSLR (mines a Canon 5D Mark iii) and a heavy duty lens upside down, right side up of course and sideways for a really nice 360 panning motion. It is super compact yet converts into a full-size tripod. This thing makes me giddy and I actually cannot wait to travel with it. One major plus is that it also converts into a monopod. What can this not handle?! Love it.

This is a good tripod for the money, it has all the features one would expect and works well. My heavy Canon DLSR mounts easily and the unit pans and pivots well. Try not to use for very big lens. I have used for the small one and it’s perfect. It is made of decent material. Strong, durable and very sturdy. No shaking tall enough for most of the jobs. I expect it to last me a long time before I spend money on a more expensive tripod. I am beyond pleased.

I got this to use with overhead product shots that I will be taking with my Canon SL2. For my camera, as you can see in the video, I don't even need any additional weight to support the tripod. The camera adapter plate is made of plastic but the build quality overall seems durable for my indoor use. It has telescoping legs and can be turned upside down as well if you wish to do so. I'm excited to use it more for overhead work as that's what I got it for.

This carom tripod made of aluminum, easily foldable for travel and have a carrying bag with it.It looks like a professional tripod, but I’m an amateur photographer, I like its color very much.I'm still learning how to take a great photo, with this tripod I hope I can get better. It works perfect when I use it for taking photos of beach views last week in Santa Monica.Overall, it's a very nice tripod and I recommend it for the average user!
