This is a great little camera. Only wish it had zoom in/out !

Absolutely five stars!! This cam works great and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality “GoPro” I used it on my motorcycle helmet I recorded at 720,1080 for longer recording and it looks amazing also tested 4K and is just a great little action cam.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to save money and get the SJ6 instead, but I sure am glad that I spent the extra cash. The video quality is excellent! I'm also really impressed with the video stabilization when used as a helmet cam. Batteries wear down quickly, but was expected after reading other reviews, so I purchased 2-extra back up batteries.

I have been considering an action camera for several years, but never willing to pay the price. If I was going to get one, I decided I should do it this year for a ski trip out west. After researching, I decided to go with a middle of the road price. This camera does VERY well for middle road. The video is excellent from my walk in the woods. I used the 1080p setting in order to use the stabilizer - which is really necessary if you're moving. I purchased the extra batteries/battery charger - which I think is necessary. It's hard to tell battery life since I'm still playing with it, but I'm guessing 30-40 minutes. I also purchased the external microphone. However, the built-in is very good. I mainly purchased the external so I could narrate while doing a planned helicopter tour. The accessories are also nicely priced. Looking forward to getting to know it better!

The camera takes great pictures and I can't wait for the warmer weather. I sailrace and will mount the camera on my mast for crew training.The instructions are very basic and have not been updated for the new firmware. Firmware updating is tedious with many starts and stops as well as poor documentation.Pictures and video have turned out crisp and clear with little distortion.The case and controls are feel like quality and work smoothly although the nested menus dont give much explanation.So far I am very pleased.with the SJStar action camera.

This is a GoPro killer! I absolutely love it! Easy to use, durable, touch screen, tons of accessories, all at a GREAT price! Absolutely cannot recommend this enough. Takes amazing 1080P and all the way up to 4K footage and the image stabilization is on par with my GoPro. I couldn't believe the footage that came out of this camera! It was really easy to connect the camera to the SJCAM app using the camera's Wi-Fi. Absolutely blown away by this camera.Pro's:- Great quality for the price- Just as good as a GoPro, if not better- Touch screen!- Easy to use- Durable- Tons of accessories- It has WIFI!Con's:I haven't found a single one yetI absolutely recommend this camera. Don't waste your money on a GoPro! Get this instead!

I have received this product shortly after I ordered it, much faster than it was indicated. I was excited to get it and unbox. This camera comes with a LOT of accessories (like mounts, housings, etc). Also, when I ordered it, SJCAM had a promo and I got 2 extra batteries for free - so make sure you check out deals they have when buying a product.I have used GoPro for some time now, but wanted to explore what's else on the market. This product was very promising by description and I decided to try.I definitely love the quality of video and all the modes. It has stabilization as well comparing to some of the GoPros. Looking forward to test this camera during my snowboarding trip as well!

The action camera is great for the price! The video quality is great!! It gets warm when shooting 4K video but I have not have had it long enough to tell if this will give me issues. The touch screen if fairly response. The playback using the camera is a little challenging to get used to.

This is probably the best action camera of the year! Has awesome features and now SJCAM have added RAW photo mode. It has everything one needs for awesome video footage.Both video and audio quality are outstanding. SJCAM - keep up that great trend!
