Will work perfectly for photography and video taping the solar eclipse. The variable of the lense filter will make it more useful for more than just filming the solar eclipse. Wonderful packaging and on time shipping.

I’ve become a recent fan of the K&F line of camera filters/baseplates, etc. All their pieces are extremely well made and affordable for an indie filmmaker on a budget. This 37mm VND filter is SO tiny but has nearly all the functionality of my 82mm K&F VND, which is impressive for something with such a small form factor. I’ll be using a very small Sony cam as a crash cam on my next feature and I wanted to a) protect the lens and b) be able to match the exposure to my larger fx30 A-cam… so this rugged guy is gonna be put through some things: stair falls, car flips, etc. Hopefully he’ll make it through okay but if not?? Well maybe I should get one or two backups…

While we didn't get a full eclipse in Wisconsin, this filter was perfect for it! I really like it for doing long exposures of moving water. I haven't used any other ND filters, but I'm really happy with this one.

For those wondering what thread size a ZV-1F camera uses, it’s this, 40.5mm. This works phenomenally with this camera. No need for anything more fancy ND Filter wise, this is perfect for on the go, especially for S-LOG which starts at 1000iso, you definitely need an ND Filter. Good price as well

recently paired the K&F Concept 55mm Variable ND2-ND400 ND Lens Filter with my go-to lens, and it's been quite the game changer. This filter offers a broad range of neutral density adjustments, allowing me to get the perfect exposure in various lighting conditions without constantly swapping filters. I particularly love its utility for videography, granting smooth control over shutter speeds!

As a storm chaser, this shot is exactly what the filter was purchased for. No lightning trigger, just a 4 second exposure at ISO 50 using a 5D Mk IV
