Here you can get a cell phone camera lens filter with a 52 mm thread from K&F Concept Universal. It is a variable ND filter with a strength of ND2 to ND400. The desired strength can be set by turning the filter. It is supplied together with a corresponding lens clip, a cleaning cloth and an instruction manual.
The clip is simply attached over the camera and the ND filter can then be screwed on. Contrary to the description that it is only suitable for the iPhone, I can say that it can also be used for other cell phone models and fits well there too.
It is suitable for extending the exposure time. If you have a camera with a suitable lens (i.e. 52 mm), the filter can even be used here.

This is a great lens filter for use with the smart phone
It has a nice effect on the photos and would recommend giving it a go and play with the settings available on the phone as well to get a great result
The clip itself is a little large for being portable but it does hold it in place well so it does the job.

Arrived in a somewhat branded box, inside is the lens itself that comes in a small travel case.
I'm using this on an iPhone 11 with a case and It was pretty awkward to use as it didn't sit flush with my camera, resulting in some alternative-looking photos, not only that, but the attachment takes up a huge chunk of my screen, so this is better suited for larger phones.
The lens does work and you can easily control how much light input there is using the dial on the lens itself, which is conveniently marked out.
It is very easy to set up and operate, and if used correctly can take some very good photos, id say this is an excellent entry to photography and video work, as you're not forking out over an expensive camera and wondering how to operate it.

The cleaning bag is a nice must-have that was included. The lens also has beautiful filters. I've had good experiences with it now; I was able to adjust the lighting conditions so that the video and the image were clear. I'm very satisfied and find it extremely comfortable. There's a clipper on it that can be perfectly mounted on the iPhone lens.

At this price point, you can't begin to compare this against higher end brands such as Hoya or PolarPro, but for an entry into ND filters and for those using an iPhone or other mobile phone, this actually isn't too bad. It's easy to use with plenty of adjustment and it's not hard to find that 'sweet' point during the time that you're using it. Markings are clear, adjustment ring moves smoothly and everything works as it should. It's really hard to find fault. Also comes in a nice protective box and a small cleaning wipe. My only gripe is the clip is quite chunky and clunky, but at this price - it's actually a good start, so comes with a recommendation!

I took a punt that this would fit on either an iPhone XR or a second generation SE (neither model being mentioned) and am glad that I did, as it attaches without issue to both models. The filter attaches by means of a strong clip that doesn't cause any issues for the device - but might not fit at the same time as a case. The adjustable ring moves readily and there are clear markings on it for start point and maximum. This was supplied boxed, with a neat, reusable, protective plastic storage case and accompanied by a useful litter microfibre cleaning cloth.
