With this review I will try to give you a slightly different perspective of use from the others, as I have found an alternative use to this product that may interest some of you. Let's start with the fact that I would never have bought such a product, I would not be able to appreciate its use. However, when I received it I thought that somewhere I should also use it and so I decided to take advantage of the fact that the magnet is very strong to stick it inside the rear window of my car (photo). Taking advantage of the fact that the part with the light can rotate almost completely and can be stored as a small footprint, I have been using it successfully for a week as a car light. And I must say that it works really well. The only thing I recommend: the operating temperatures are not indicated, so maybe in summer I wouldn't leave it attached to the rear window but I would attach it as needed, to avoid fire risks. Having said that, I am also attaching some photos of the lighting 15 cm from the object in a room with low light. Since it's supposed to be a cellphone photo light. I also tried it with magsafe and it works great. The controls are very comfortable and intuitive. The materials look good and durable.

This light works quite well in close quarters. It doesn't do much if the subject is more than 5 feet away from it, but works great within that range. As it is called a "selfie light" I assume that is what the name implies in terms of lightable-distance.It's compact, light and the build quality is satisfactory.It sticks firmly to my iphone via magnets, and has a pretty good range of color temperature options. Battery life seems acceptable.All in all if you need to light yourself during a selfie session or facetime/video call OR if you are filming someone else relatively up close, this is a solid buy.

Great magnetic light for your phone! Easy usb-c charging, magnets are strong and stays in place, and easy to use and adjust the lights. Easy to use dials to smoothly change the brightness and color temperature. Folds out easily but stays in place while in use, and you can adjust the height and orientation as it swivels so you can use it with either front facing or back camera. It even comes with a mirror to help alignment and composition if using the back camera to self record. I had tried another brand in the past which doesn’t swivel to the back camera, so I’m really happy I picked this one up. Great for using with small subjects and close-up shots as well.
