Fits the phone well and the magnet is very secure. The metal body feels solid and the cold shoe is useful for a mic or light. It mounts easily on tripods and stabilizers. The only issue is the hinge, it’s a bit loose and can droop with a heavier phone, even after tightening. Works well overall, but the weak hinge costs one star.

I picked up the K&F Concept Magnetic Metal Phone Mount for my tripod setup, and it’s easily one of the most reliable mounts I’ve used. The magnetic hold is incredibly strong, my iPhone snaps into place securely every time, and I never have to worry about it slipping while I’m recording. The cold shoe mount is perfect for attaching a light or mic, and the 180° adjustable rotation gives me total control over angles for both horizontal and vertical shots. It feels solid and well-built, not cheap or flimsy, and the aluminum design adds a nice professional touch. Whether I’m filming videos, monitoring footage, or just using it for hands-free content, this mount is an absolute game-changer.

This phone mount works pretty well for my iPhone with a magsafe case. The magnets are strong, and I like that it clips onto tripods or cameras too ( I use a K&F tripod and a A7iii). The adjustable angles are nice, but it can pop off if you bump it or put something heavier on it. Overall, it’s handy for casual use, just don’t expect it to hold up under a lot of movement.

At first, I was a bit sceptical about using the Alan key to tie it up. However, to my surprise, it held very well, as I use it every day and tie it up about once a week or less.It's an excellent quality.Good value for the moneyAnd will buy a third one.I recommend it A+

The unit is well designed, all aluminium construction, and a very usable, knurled edge thread lock nut for the shoe mount. My received unit, this locking nut is a copper-orange anodized colour.Other similar cold shoe mount devices, often the lock nut seems to be an afterthought, this one is not.I would have preferred if the magnet was a little stronger. I think it is good for tripod type conditions, but not running around or bumping my way through a crowd...I am not confident enough for that. It does also come with a self adhesive ring mount and buffer film, for phones that don't already have magnetic ring mount options.The only other comment is, as a gift, the size, format, and quality make it desirable. However the packaging, reminds me of a find in the back corner of a circa 90's photography shop...it has a certain nostalgic appeal, but doesn't reflect the modernity of the product. Just my opinion.

For a K&F product, this is surprisingly good quality. The all-metal build is very solid, lightweight and compact. It literally fits in the palm of your hand making it perfect for travel. The cold-shoe interface and 1/4" threaded hole provides versatility for mounting on a camera or tripod. The magsafe magnet has a good grip and the hinges are stiff enough to hold heavier devices but could wear over time. Fortunately there is an allen key in the box to tighten the hinges. It would be ideal to have a way to attach the allen key magnetically to the mount so that it's always available. The "neck" of the magsafe attachment is very short. If you're using it with a larger "plus-sized" smartphone, be aware that the bracket may "push" against the edge of the device depending on its orientation. This may result in inadvertently dislodging the mount from your smartphone (see photo). The arrangement of the cold shoe base is fixed. If you need to change the orientation for selfies, you have to remove and reverse the mount. A suggestion for a future design update would be to have the cold shoe base be capable of rotating 360 degree (e.g. a swivel base).Despite the minor issues mentioned above, I would highly recommended this if you're in need of a compact, travel-friendly "on-the-go" magsafe mount.
