63" Aluminum Travel Tripod for Camera w Phone Holder, Non-Reversible Lightweight Compact Tripod Weighs 2.6lb, Max Load 22lb for Camera DSLR Mirrorless Spotting Scope Camcorders Phone K&F CONCEPT
SKU: KF09.161
For such a compact tripod, this tripod is very sturdy. It's also very easy to adjust. Legs have each clips and a orange latch for legs release. I love the head functionality with the easy to use knobs and smooth adjustments that have enough stiffness for minor adjustments. I also found I can remove the entire head and use this tripod for my lights as well. Seeing it holds up to 22lbs. I also found I can remove the weight clip on the bottom and invert the center rod for low to ground pictures. Extremely versatile. This kit also comes with a decent phone holder, tools and a nice carrying case. I have a lot of tripods, and this is one of my favorite.

After more than a decade with a subpar tripod that eventually broke, I was delighted to see how much of an upgrade was possible! This tripod is amazing: very well built and comes with a phone attachment as well so that you can use it for cell photos. Of note, the cell phone attachment was able to fit my iPhone 6e which has a very beefy case on it. I love the fact that you can invert the tripod as well, enabling you to get low shots while also having the leg length shortened. I almost got a cheaper tripod by Amazon that also looked good, but for $50 this was more than worth it.

I was looking for a lighter tripod for my plein air painting set up, and this one seems to be just the right thing. It is almost 2 pounds lighter than my previous tripod, and is easy to set up and take down. Other than the plastic hook on the center rod, it seems to be very sturdy.

I've known the K&F brand for years as makers of high-quality filters at reasonable prices, and they've brought that same quality to this tripod. I'm surprised at how much I love it!
It's beautiful, and has a nice, smooth surface, and sliding the legs in and out has a pleasant silky feeling with the slightest bit of resistance, which makes it feel premium - which it is. The metal is strong, the leg fasteners easy to operate, and it's tall - which is one of the most important features I look for, because especially when shooting portraits or talking on video, i find a high camera angle to be the most interesting and flattering.
The head is almost perfect. It has two adjustment knobs - one to allow for smooth, flat panning, and the other to loosen or tighten the ball which allows you to adjust the camera angle in any direction. This is my preferred setup, but even at the loosest setting, there's still enough friction that you may not even need to tighten it to hold your camera in place (unless you have a long lens). This is actually the only thing I would change about the tripod, because it may not allow for *perfectly* smooth adjustments while videoing. There's a spirit level and compass which works pretty well, I assume to help you find your way out of the forest after a bridal shoot? This is a travel tripod, after all!
I'm so glad everyone is going to Arca-Swiss attachment plates, as you no longer need to worry about losing a proprietary plate and rendering the tripod useless, and you can leave the plates attached to multiple cameras for quick attachment to various mounts. The supplied plate offers multiple mounting points and positions.
It's relatively light, but not feather weight, so I'll think twice before brining it on a long backpacking trip, but I would rather have the quality and durability than a cheap plastic one which will eventually break.

High quality, perfect size and super small to store I've compared a lot of similar products, I'm glad I bought this here.

Since I'm starting to learn photography and I'm not ready for this world, for me it's a piece of tripod at least for beginners, I don't see a complaint.
