It provides great protection to the Osmo Pocket since it can be attached to the original Dji cover and once installed it protects both the gimbal and the Pocket 3 screen. It is made of good material and has a shoe for attaching and storing a mini micro mic, for example, in the upper part, and two slots for storing micro SD cards. The pack also comes with a tempered glass screen protector for the Osmo Pocket 3. I think it's a good choice.

This is a solid case that really does offer extra protection to your Pocket 3. Of course it makes using the Pocket 3 a bit more cumbersom - you have to take the camera out to use it and then put it back in, but that's easily solved. I use it simply as a safe container for *while* I'm travelling, so the Pocket 3 is protected. In use I normally just have the camera in my hand and only when I've finished all the filming I want to do, do I then put it back in this case.I do like the filter slots, although it only has 2. I think for many of us that would be more than enough. You could use it on the little lanyard string thing, but I don't. I hate faffing about with stuff and that would just annoy me, but it's an option for those who are less fussy than I am!

The K&F Concept protector for the DJI Pocket 3 is a well-thought-out accessory that adds both practicality and peace of mind. It’s easy to attach and detach, making it ideal for those who want reliable, temporary protection without the hassle of a permanent setup. The fit is snug but not restrictive, allowing you to flip and remove the Pocket 3 quickly — perfect for creators who want to stay agile while filming.Build quality is excellent. The case feels solid and well-engineered, providing a strong layer of defence against bumps, scratches, or accidental drops. It’s definitely more robust than the standard case supplied with DJI’s own bundles, offering better all-around protection. A clever touch is the inclusion of a small space to store filters, which adds to its practicality for anyone filming outdoors or on the move. The thoughtful design doesn’t stop there. The protector doubles up as a mic holder, which is a surprisingly useful addition, especially for vloggers or anyone recording on location. It also accommodates a lanyard attachment, further boosting its versatility for travel and quick access. The only downside is that it does add a bit of bulk to the Pocket 3. While this isn’t a dealbreaker, it does mean that it won’t fit inside DJI’s original carry case while attached — something to keep in mind if you like keeping your setup compact.Summary at a GlancePros:Easy to attach, detach, and flip open for quick accessSolid construction offers great protectionIncludes space to store filtersDoubles as a mic holder — clever and convenientLanyard compatible for on-the-go useBetter overall protection than DJI’s stock caseCons:Adds some bulk, preventing use with DJI’s supplied caseFinal ThoughtsA rugged and well-designed protector that enhances both functionality and protection for your DJI Pocket 3. Despite the added size, its durability, smart storage, and thoughtful features make it a must-have for creators who want dependable, all-around coverage.

I note the comments made by other users, and will agree with the points raised, a) its difficult to open when closed, b) it no longer fits perfectly into the carry case due to the extra mic holding clip at the top of the case.If I am traveling long distances, I will continue to use my other cover which fits inside the protective case perfectly, although the K&F will still fit, but its a bit tight, applying pressure where I wouldn't want it to apply pressure. on the other hand, when I'm out and about for the day, and the camera is just dumped inside my bag or pocket, then the extra security and protection the K&F provides is very welcome, and I now have a place to store the mic when not in use, instead of it just rolling around at the bottom of the bag.I really like that the covers not only closes shut, but is 'clipped' shut on each side, and the instruction manual does explain how to open it with clear images.I personally feel that I'm happy to swap between the two covers I have based on my requirements for that day, in just the same way that I swap between ND filters based on a particular filming situation, and they are very easy to remove and swap between them.We all know just how delicate the 'Pocket 3' is, and really surprised that DJI didn't include this as part of the original protective case, so the K&F does provide that extra protection you need for your camera, and it does it well, so no issues on my part, I'm really pleased with he product.

Solid little add-on for the Pocket 3. It’s basically a flip cover that hugs the camera while it’s sitting in the stock sleeve, and after a couple weeks riding around in my sling, it’s done exactly what I wanted—keep the gimbal, lens, and screen from getting scuffed when I’m not shooting. The outside feels like a firm shell, the inside’s a soft, velvety lining, so it doesn’t squeak or scratch when you slide it on. The lid closes with a tidy snap—not some dramatic clamp, just enough that I’m not worried it’ll pop off when I dig around for batteries.I keep an ND and a CPL tucked in the filter holders and it honestly changed how I shoot with this camera. Sunset hits, I flip it open, swap an ND in two seconds, and I’m rolling—no rummaging for a separate filter pouch, no fingerprints from juggling tiny glass discs with one hand. The magnets hold well; you can shake the cover and they don’t budge, and the velvet keeps things from rattling. There’s a tiny mic perch on top too. It’s… fine. For a small on-camera mic or a mini receiver it’s handy to have them ride along, but I wouldn’t trust it loose in a chaotic backpack—more of a “walk to the next spot” kind of convenience.Fit-wise, it plays nicely with the original protective sleeve, which is the whole point. Slide the camera into the sleeve like normal, then this wraps the exposed side and finishes the protection. No weird overhangs, no buttons blocked. One thing to watch (and this is true of any friction-style cover): make sure the camera’s powered off and settled before closing it, and don’t force it. It hugs the gimbal area snugly; align it gently and you’ll be fine. I chucked the whole setup into a beach tote one afternoon—sand everywhere—and the screen and lens came out clean. That soft lining earns its keep.Couple of trade-offs. The wide-angle lens doesn’t fit in the filter slots, which is a bummer if you use that adapter a lot—you’ll still need a place for it. Also, there’s no posted weight or dimensions anywhere, which would help folks comparing to cages or bulkier caps. Budget-wise it’s very reasonable and seems to go on sale a lot, so no complaints there. Long-term durability is the only lingering question; the hinge and latch feel fine after a few dozen opens, but I can’t swear how they’ll hold up after a season of hard use.I’ve tried a basic snap-on cap before—lighter, sure, but then I’m juggling filters separately and they always end up smudged or lost. On the other end, a full cage is fantastic for building a rig but total overkill for quick everyday carry. This cover lands right in that sweet spot: throw-it-in-the-bag protection with just enough organization to make shooting faster.Overall: 4 stars. Super practical if you swap ND/CPLs and want everything living with the camera, nicely padded, integrates cleanly with the stock sleeve, and the lanyard that comes attached is actually useful. Knocking a star for the wide-angle limitation and a mic perch that’s more “nice to have” than secure. If your Pocket 3 is your walk-around camera and you like traveling light, this thing earns its place. If you never carry filters—or you run a full cage—there are simpler (or beefier) options that might fit better.
