This mounting device is fantastic. Sturdy metal and everything locks tightly into place. I have so many things to use this for. The clamp spreads quite wide and tightens down nicely. I just ordered some female to female 1/4" adapters because the ends on this device are both male and the mount I'm attaching to it also has a male end. It would be nice if some adapters were included, but no stars off for it since this is so well made.

I actually had little experience with the Magic Arms so far, for the simple reason that I had a bad experience with cheap ball heads. Until now, I was of the opinion that the Magic Arms were no better anyway and would not be able to hold properly. Since the product was now from K&F, I wanted to give their Magic Arm a chance, especially since I've been very satisfied with almost all products so far. So I chose the longest version, 11 inches. I work as a videographer and mainly travel to weddings. 90% of the time I'm out and about with a gimbal, but the remaining 10% I'm holding a camera in one hand and an LED light in the other. Of course I could screw the light directly onto the camera, but I didn't want direct light — that's why I keep the lamp and the camera far apart. I wanted to make things a bit easier for myself with the Magic Arm. So I screwed on the camera and the light, aligned them to the desired position and tightened the screw. I have to say: It's really good! During the entire period, the screw on the camera was only loosened once (not screwed well). However, the joint itself was securely locked. I ended up using the Magic Arm as a kind of camera mount by shifting the load of the camera onto my left arm. You have to say: There are really many application scenarios that the part offers, and since the quality is also good, I can easily recommend it.

The K&F Concept 11-inch magic arm was perfect for my recordings. The super strong clamp grips tightly to almost any surface, whether flat or round, and has a large adjustment range (15-55mm). The maximum load of 2 kg is sufficient for most of my cameras and LED lights. What I like most is the ability to adjust the angle in 360° and 90°, which allows me to position my equipment exactly where I need it. It's easy to use, robust and has a compact design, so I carry it in my camera bag without problems. An excellent accessory for both indoor and outdoor recordings.

Fixed to a K&F Concept tripod (same brand, same logic), this magic arm does exactly what is expected of it. Used mainly to hold a smartphone (My iPhone is used as a remote control and image monitor for my GH6), it stays in place, does not slide, and keeps its position without forcing. I have not tested the announced maximum load, but so far, it is perfectly stable. The tweezers are well designed, with a nice opening range. I attached it to a stand as well as to a shelf without worries. The rubber pads play their role well in order not to damage the supports and to maintain a good grip. And the 11-inch arm offers a lot of flexibility, although, of course, the more you extend it, the more it moves a little, that's the game with this type of gear. Tightening with a single central screw is very practical, fast and reliable. The set exudes solidity, while remaining relatively light to carry. Another good product from K&F Concept. It's well thought out, well finished, and for the price, it's hard to find better. Perfect to complete a lightweight video or photo setup.

This 11-inch magic arm from K&F Concept has exceeded my expectations. The set is completely metallic, with quality finishes and 1/4” and 3/8” screws that make it compatible with multiple accessories. Despite its light weight, it holds up to 2 kg. In my case, I use it with a small LED light and an external monitor, and it stays stable for hours without sagging. A very useful tool for shooting and photography, easy to carry and that adds a lot of flexibility to the assembly of equipment. The K&F Magic Arm radiates a bit of magic, starting with the Super Clamp, which is made entirely of metal and has a quick-release function thanks to the double thread. The tension toggle held with spring tension can be turned into the desired position after the clamp has been locked and thus does not interfere any further. Thanks to two thread sizes, different accessories or even the arm can be attached to the clamp. The arm has a finely toothed central joint, which, thanks to the tiny gearing, holds snugly and allows a number of angles. Each arm has a ball joint with a fixed knurled screw and a ¼” screw connection. The highlight of the whole thing is that the two ball heads are locked at the same time with the locking screw of the central articulated joint. This allows you to align the camera or accessories with one hand while the other hand fixes the arm. Conclusion: All options described by the seller are feasible and if you don't hang too heavy equipment on your arm, he is a real all-rounder.

The manufacturing quality of this “magic arm” is excellent. It is metal, it is solid, easy to use, and the set has locking pins. The clamp will be able to hang on tubes of 15 to 50 millimeters in diameter, or pinch a surface, such as a table top, for example. It has screw threads in 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch formats, so it can be used with many accessories from the world of image, but also sound. Tested with goosenecks and microphones, it works very well. The articulated arm has 1/4 inch screws. Its operation is simple: you unscrew in the center and everything becomes adjustable, you screw back and everything becomes rigid. We will attach it to the clamp (or other supports) and hang compatible peripherals and accessories within a limit of 2 kilos. Tested with a DSLR equipped with a 300 mm telephoto lens, it doesn't move a bit. In the end, I am satisfied with this muscular little arm. The build quality is very good, it is solid and frankly practical. Sold for €33, it's an investment, but we are dealing with equipment that is much more high-end.

This is the first time I have used a magic arm of this type, since until now I have only used the shorter ones with two sections on the sides instead of 2 long straight tubes. I had used both the Smallrig and Coman brands, and this magical arm of K&F Concept has the same build quality. It is made entirely of aluminum and the joints work great, with a good feeling of strength and stiffness once we tighten the nut without exerting excessive force. The truth is that it is amazing to be able to lock the 3 ball joints simply by tightening the central nut, which allows you to adjust the position of the equipment you are fixing very quickly. At both ends of the arm, we also have a 1/4 inch connection with locking pins, something that is very comfortable to hold without much force equipment compatible with this connection. However, another advantage is that these pins are retractable and we can assemble any equipment without disturbing them. However, not everything is perfect. The weakest point in the set is, without a doubt, the included clamp. Although it fulfills its basic function of being attached to tubes, its design is quite simple and significantly limits mounting possibilities. Unlike other options on the market, such as some of the Smallrig or Coman clamps, this one doesn't offer the versatility of securely attaching to flat surfaces such as tables, shelves or desk edges. For me, this is an inconvenience, since I often mount my arms on the edge of the desk to hold LED lights, and the Smallrig or Coman tweezers have articulated ends that allow force to be exerted much more evenly without the risk of damaging the table. In short, this K&F Concept arm is a good option if you are looking for a magic arm with good construction quality and a good length. But if your workflow requires more versatility at mounting points, you may want to consider investing in a more advanced gripper or looking at options from other brands.

I am really happy with this articulated arm from K&F Concept. For a reasonable price, it offers excellent manufacturing quality, with an all-metal construction that ensures great robustness. The arm is very easy to adjust, and the joints are tight, providing reliable fixation. The accessory locking system, with 1/4” and 3/8” screws, as well as the anti-rotation notches, guarantee maximum stability without the risk of involuntary movement. The clip is large enough to fit various supports, with a rubber coating to prevent scratches. I tested the arm with several accessories, including cameras and microphones, and it supports them with no problem.
