Great for holding phone holders, lights, and other accessories.When you loosen the knob every joint in the arm becomes loose, making it difficult to fine tune the position of it. You have to hold it steady in the right position and then also tighten the knob.This can be difficult to do when a heavy object is attached… It would be better if each joint were able to be adjusted individually.The only other issue I found is that it uses the smaller 1/2” screws, not the larger 3/8” screws. (My tripod has a 3/8” threaded hole to attach such accessories) It would have been good if it had come with an adapter.The clamp works well. Once tightened it gripped the column of the tripod very well.The clamp has both 1/2” and 3/8” threaded holes, so you could attach a second arm or other accessory that uses the 3/8” hole.The size of the arm is of a decent length making it useable for most occasions. If I were to get another, I would probably get one that is a bit longer to make it easier to reach certain angles/positions.Overall it is a useful piece of gear that I hope to use for a long time.

The K&F Concept 6 inch Magic Arm with Super Clamp is a great tool for securely mounting my camera, monitors or LED lights. The arm holds up to 2 kg and provides a strong, reliable mount that helps me a lot with various setups. The flexibility of the arm makes it possible to bring my equipment to the desired angle without it slipping again. The Super Clamp is also very robust and keeps everything securely in place. The only downside: The Magic Arm is a bit bulky and could be too big for some applications, especially when space is limited. Still a great choice for professional use as it offers stability and versatility!

This is a rather small magic arm and clamp however it has a great amount of adjustability and in reality will be suitable for most scenarios. The single knob to tighten all the joints simultaneously takes a little getting used to as you will need to hold everything in place with one hand whilst tightening with the other.The quality of materials and finish is great as I have come to expect from K&F Concept having purchased other products from them previously with which I have been very happy.

Strong, useful and incredibly versatile. This magic-arm/super clamp combo is so useful for many, many things - I wonder why I hadn't got one sooner. It just makes mounting things so much easier. Pretty much all angles are covered brilliantly. Things stay exactly where you put them and the build quality is such that you never really need to think about anything attached to it again.My videos will never be the same again. I'm using them to hold cameras, lights and all manner of other things!

This comes with no instructions at all but isn't hard to work out with the huge orange wing-nuts. It's very easy to loosen no matter how tight you wound it. The screw in the middle of the arm loosens and tightens all the joints on it at once, including the ball joints on the ends and the elbow joking in the middle. It goes very loose and is super easy to get into any position, then tightens solid. It feels incredibly strong and easily holds my DSLR in place. It will be great for anything like a phone mount, web cam, security camera, microphone, baby monitor. It's really versatile and feels very well made. I'm very pleased with itm

I wanted to mount a webcam above the large OLED monitor I have in my office which is located tightly underneath a floating shelf. The shelf is full of stuff and there was no simple way of placing a webcam. However, this Magic Arm camera mount has provided a solution.The floating shelf I have is particulaly thick at 5cm and a lot of mounts I've looked at don't have the clearance to be able to open up the clamps wide enough. This product, however, does. Only just, but it does go wide enough.The metal construction feels solid, the tightening mechanisms feel positive enough to trust mounting a camera on it (at the very least a webcam or compact camera, not so sure about a big DSLR). The articulation of the device gives you plenty of scope for adjustment.At £25 it's maybe a little pricey, but definitely worth £20 if you can pick it up on offer.

Not too often I award a full five star review but I have no problem doing so here.Good photographic equipment costs money. It's so rare for a cheap bit of kit will stand the test of time or be much good. The thing is, the current price of this clamp works out at £20 with the voucher applied and that's a fair price for this for sure.Full metal construction. All the threads and ball joints are cleanly made. They all clamp up well and secure. It's well finished with a resistant powder coating to deter corrosion. It has a bit of weight to it because it's made from good grade material. I even like the colour theme. The control points are coated in orange. It may sound like a small detail but when you're setting up and adjusting your rig your eye is instantly drawn to the control points.I like too the fact the clamp has both standard tripod mount size threads.I have zero concerns in rating this as a five star item. Very well made, works as it should, easy to use. I'd even go so far as to say it's professional grade.
