I was not satisfied with my initial purchase of this battery. It would not power my devices for very long and would lose power while idle. I returned the battery and left a review here with the problems I experienced. After returning the battery and getting a refund K&F Customer Service contacted me and offered to send me a new battery free of charge and less than a week later I received a new battery. This battery powers my devices, holds charge and performs flawlessly. For whatever reason sometimes a new product may not perform up to expectations. It can happen with any manufacturer.
The difference here is that K&F stood behind their product and reputation and offered outstanding Customer Service. Not every company would go to the lengths they did to satisfy a customer and it is most appreciated. As I stated in my first review I own a lot of K&F products and they have always provided high quality at reasonable prices and I will continue to purchase their products.
As for the battery I would not hesitate to purchase another one. I really like the lightweight design and feel of this battery and when in use it can power my camera and monitor for hours while providing a little extra heft to my rig for stability. My only wish is to make the front face in a matte finish to avoid all the fingerprint smudges but that's a minor issue. Thank You K&F!

While you won't get as many hours out of this as other larger capacity batteries, what you lose in hours, you'll gain in weight loss! I use this battery on my DJI Ronin SC2 gimbal to charge my Camera, wireless transmitter, and my phone. I can get about 5-or-so hours out of this battery on a full charge while powering those three devices, so it definitely serves my needs. I usually just toss it on a charger between shoots so that I can keep it topped off if it dips below 50%. While that's not the greatest for the battery's longevity, that's only when I really need it at full capacity. I love the digital screen on the side, so I can see quickly how much charge is left. It has a very secure attachment, and I never felt it lose connection or had any issues that way. I could pull power directly off the battery while also pulling power through my V-mount plate, and it took it like a champ! Love this thing!

This is a great V-mount battery for the money. The capacity claims seem highly accurate. It is significantly lighter than my old V-mount battery of the same capacity.

The build quality is strong and sturdy. I feel like I will get many years of use from this battery.

The build quality of this battery is fantastic. I ordered this to use with my DSLR, but I didn't realize I needed an adapter to make this battery work. The price point of this battery is great. Since I do not have the adapter needed to use this with my camera, I have been using it as a battery bank for other devices. It charges my phone quickly, and I can use this to charge my camera batteries as well. The camera battery charging is limited by the charger itself, but it charges just as quickly as if it were plugged into a wall outlet. The battery is small enough to carry in my camera bag. It is heavy, but it is also a beast of a battery.

Overall, the battery functions well, even though I am not using it as intended. The battery life is excellent, and the battery pack itself charges quickly relative to the size/capacity of the battery. I wish I had the adapter for my camera (i don't have one yet as it is 4x the price of the battery pack) as I am sure it would last for an all day shoot without having to replace batteries.
