I was looking for a lightweight, heavy duty tripod that was inexpensive. Looks good, but just didn't fit my style of usage. However, their customer service was Outstanding and they were able to make me happy, regardless! So, I'm updating my rating because of this.

Love the product. Build quality is good. The cellphone clip holds cellphone as well as tablets. The team went over and above to ensure my concern was resolved. Got prompt support from the After-Sales team. Would also like to give a special shout out to the rep Sheena who made the whole experience seamless. Definitely coming back to this company for my future purchases.

So far after a couple of uses with my Galaxy S-24 Ultra with an Otter Box cover it works just fine, easy to adjust and light in weight. Has a Bluetooth accessory that worked with my phone with no problem. Doesn't have hydraulic legs, but at this price that would be a tough find.
The leg adjusting clips are plastic so be careful when adjusting especially if you use the tri pod in cold weather.
Haven't tried my Camera on it yet but will update after I do.So in summary if you are going to use this with your phone I wouldn't be afraid to give it a go. The ball swivel works fine for getting the angle just right.

Very sturdy tripod with a good price

I use the K&F Concept S255A3 easel for astronomical and naturalistic observations with a 25x—75x telescope (I weigh about 1.2 kg but a maximum load of 4 kg is declared), and I can confirm that it is an excellent product in every technical aspect.

An elegant, technical and functional easel, perfect for those looking for high performance, portability and versatility. I highly recommend it to photographers, naturalists, amateur astronomers and content creators.

I needed a tripod that could hold 6-pound Canon XA70 camcorder. Most tripods can do that in the normal upright position, but I need to shoot in landscape from time to time, and I really needed a good ball head tripod to do this securely with that camera. I am not a professional videographer, so I didn't want heavy $200 tripods to haul around. This one is just right. You get a lot of value in this package, including a mount for smartphones and small tablets. That's not particularly rugged but should work fine for your average phone. The unusual leg extrusion really works. It makes the legs sturdier and allows the legs to fold tighter when packed. I highly recommend for the casual user or light professional.

Perfect for astronomy binoculars I thought they were going to be too heavy and finally not at all. They hold well in place. I will still provide the ballast hook at the bottom for safety but otherwise it is already very stable. I am happy with my purchase.

Love this tripod, I use it to film Offroad Videos for YT and so far it has held up nicely. Its simple to use and can be compacted to easily fit into my Jeep out of the way.

Great tripod, stable and reliable
I used this tripod with my Sony A7S3 and 24-105mm lens and iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I must say that it behaved very well.
It is stable, light to carry and very simple to adjust. Even with heavier setups, it maintains excellent stability without vibrations.
The Bluetooth remote is convenient and the easel reaches a height more than enough for most situations.
For the price, it's really an excellent product. Recommended!
