I picked this up mainly for shooting desk videos and vlogs around the house. The magnetic grip surprised me—it’s solid, doesn’t budge once it’s on a flat metal surface. I’ve stuck it on my fridge door, filing cabinet, and even the side of my car without any issues.What I appreciate most is the angle adjustment. Being able to tilt and lock it in place saves me from stacking books or using random props to get the right shot. I didn’t have to read the manual much either—it’s pretty intuitive.I’ve used it daily since it arrived. For my setup, it does exactly what I was hoping it would.

I've used this magnetic mount in so many places. Find a magnetic surface, set up the mount and angle and you're set to film. The mount is sturdy and its materials are durable. Outside of changing the micro SD, I never take the mount off. I love that I can set it up on my desk space too though, for when I'm filming at home.

The installation process of this mount was super easy. Unclick the latch place the camera into the mount then click it back in. The bottom is open and allows for the installation of my batteries. The holes in the mount line up perfectly with my camera and make using my came super simple. The magnet is strong and keeps my camera in place on whatever metal surface I can find ot install it on. The base also doubles as a sturdy stand for times I'm at my desk or if I find myself needing a handle to hold onto my camera and move around with it.

I use this magnetic stand on my desk to help hold my phone so I can check messages or have a video conference at any time. It has a stable suction force and will not slide around, making the desktop tidier. The adjustable angle makes the viewing angle more comfortable.

Case feels a bit plasticky but it functions and fits well. Magnets are strong and the case doesn't get in the way of any functional buttons. You can also use a battery grip with this, no problem. However, If using this you cannot use the original DJI storage case, so you have to take it off every time.. Not a fault of this item, but just a note.
