I bought this tripod for astronomy, but I made a mistake when choosing the type of head.
I needed an itlit type, which is more comfortable for the telescope.
This ball head tripod that I ordered surprised me with its strength, light weight and precision.
The customer service has been exceptional, managing the return without problems and making themselves available to advise me and answer any questions. Highly recommended to them!

I have to give this 5 stars cuz it is what it says. It is heavy duty and heavy. I weighed it. Is weighs what is says it does. About 3 pounds. I looked up the same tripod in Carbon fiber and it weighs 1 pound less for $100 more. I will not be hiking with it on my back so I can live with this unit. It seems heavy because it is so compact. So it replaces 3 different tripods I have only one of which I carry with me on any trip so overall a good decision. I should add that I haven't seen the instructions for the detachable items included but I should be able to figure it out

Delivered on time and the stand is very sturdy. It is used 3 times a week in training and I hope that it lasts a long time. It is easy to assemble and disassemble. For now, I can only recommend it.

Following a report, the supplier intervened promptly to resolve the problem.
