The filter works as it should.
The ring is well-made and turns easily. It's all made of metal.
The lens cap is also good.
For the price, it's definitely impressive.

77mm polarizing filter of good quality and above all excellent price... It comes with an additional cap and a rigid plastic box as well as a retaining cord for the cap... For the test I mounted it on a Tamron 10-24 f3.5-5.6, a wide angle for Reflex in APSC format.. It mounts without any kind of problem or jamming, the thread is correct and well made. Once mounted it is possible to rotate the filter smoothly with minimal effort, this helps to operate with just one finger and prevents it from rotating by itself.. It is a little thicker than a thin type UV filter, but this is normal due to the necessary rotation that the CPL must have, the greater thickness does not introduce any type of vignetting on APSC. The removal of all metallic and non-metallic reflections, of diffused light, the increase in contrast and other improvements made can be seen by rotating the filter until the desired degree is reached, the maximum attenuation value for light with polarization opposite to the desired one is normally 90 ° ... I have attached some shots to show the results with or without polarization. I have not noticed any type of chromatic dominant or unwanted coloring. Usually it is used for landscape photos, sea, or in any case all those situations in which you want to capture details blurred by diffused or reflected light. Personally I am very satisfied with the result obtained and considering the extremely low selling price given the diameter of 77mm and the type of filter I can only recommend it to all amateur photographers and PROs looking for a spare filter in an emergency.....

I did not notice any color cast when using the filter. We had a scene in my film where we were shooting looking at a car. This did a good job at cutting down the reflections and glare. I question why I did not get one sooner. This is a good value for the lens, comes with a cap and leash. The cap is ok, it works as expected but I have a few that I like better but a spare is always nice. The leash is not useful in my grab and go rig, so I tend to just toss it in the bag of 'random camera accessories that I might use someday so I need to keep around'

This polarizer will make your skies pop even on dull days. I consider it essential. Recommended.

This circular polarizer is very nicely made. It's very easy to dial in your level of polarization and the build feels solid. This costs less than the equivalent filters from the big names like Hoya. I have a few K&F Concepts items now and they have become a name that I completely trust. You can't go wrong with this filter.

This is a nice filter and at under $15 at time of ordering, it is also a great value!

Any type of filter added to a lens can potentially add distortion or diminish image quality. However, unless you are a hard-core pixel-peeper or test optics for a living, this doesn't noticeably reduce anything other than glares. For me the elimination of reflections, glare and this CPL's ability to add some depth to blue skies are so helpful that it would counteract any distortion anyway.

I have it on my 18-300 walkabout lens and there is no vignetting at all, even at various apertures. Rather than messing around with step-down rings, at this price and quality I will be getting these K&Fs for all my lenses.

I take a lot of landscape and animal photography. One thing always present in those pictures are, the open sky and a possible water source. I wanted to test a new CPL filter and see how it fared. Truthfully, I couldn’t tell much difference between my previous one and this one, probably because they may be in the same quality and price range. I am sure someone with extremely keen eyesight will be able to pick up the issues, but that eyesight has not blessed me.
As for the filter, it does as advertised, it reduces the glare from the water, and makes the sky’s colour more acceptable. Ofcourse, I still go one stop to the left when the sun, and all the glares are at its highest, as my highlights were still blowing out, but then again this is not an ND filter. This is a fine filter in my opinion.
