The stand itself makes a very good impression. Unfortunately, it was only used once.
The ball head was defective after 2 readjustments. The cell phone was immediately tilted away in some direction. There was no way to reattach the head with the appropriate screw. It was therefore unfortunately returned as a defect. Very unfortunate...

This is a very good tripod if you simply want the basics. It feels high quality and does what it says of the tin. It's compacted enough that you can fasten it in with a bag that has multifunctional straps. It hold my APSC camera with a big lens with ease.

I've come to really like K&F products, they are generally well priced, quality items. This tripod is no exception to that. I love the orange color on the ball head, it just adds some nice aesthetics. The leg height adjusts in three different segments and the outward extension of the legs is controlled by a pull "switch", check out the video. The ball head turns very smoothly when not locked in and also detaches in case you want to mount something else or use the ball head on something else. I love that there is a level included, I find them so useful on tripods. You can invert the top part by unscrewing the hook on the bottom and flipping it. The only thing I don't like about this is the bag that comes with it, the strap is very short and the bag is a little small for the tripod. I have no issues getting the tripod in the bag, but getting it out is a bit of a struggle, so I probably won't be using the bag. Overall though, this is a great tripod for the price.

Tripod with excellent design and good stability. I really liked its very fluid head and it allows me to place the camera vertically and horizontally very easily. It is well built. It allows me to carry it with little effort since it is not very heavy, and the tripod allows me to take very cool shots from very close to the ground by inverting the tripod legs and placing the camera upside down, something that I correct in editing. For me, a tripod that I take wherever I need it.

I recently picked up this tripod, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it performs. First off, I was worried about bulk since I travel a lot. But this tripod folds up nice and compact, and it's lightweight too. I'm always impressed when gear manages to be both portable and sturdy. Even with my DSLR and a heavy lens, this tripod keeps everything steady. I haven't had a single blurry shot yet. The bubble level and hook for adding weight are thoughtful touches that really make a difference. I especially appreciate the bubble level, since it's helped me get my framing just right, even when I'm shooting on uneven surfaces. Honestly, the price is fantastic. I've seen other tripods with fewer features that cost twice as much. It's great to find solid equipment without breaking the bank. Now, I will say that it does have some plastic parts, so it might not be the most durable tripod out there. But for me, the balance of weight, price, and performance makes up for it. If you're looking for a travel-friendly tripod that can handle your camera gear without the hefty price tag, then I'd definitely recommend giving this one a shot.

Likes: Arca-Swiss ballhead is removable (it sits on a 3/8" stud), 70" height, reversible for low shots, carry case (although I probably won't use it), metallic orange trim color is nice, comes with one Arca-Swiss plate, packs down nicely to a low height, lightweight. Dislikes: Center post knob is very easy to cross-thread, center post O-ring dislodged from the top of the post within 30 minutes of first use, bubble level doesn't extend beyond the back of a mounted camera enough to be able to see it while a camera is mounted. The O-ring issue has happened on other, similar tripods as well; I'm not sure what the manufacturers should do, but it shouldn't come out just by loosening the center post knob (top or bottom) and then tightening it again. Other than that primary issue, I really liked this tripod. It was easy to tighten/loosen the ballhead and change the camera angle. The tripod feels sturdy and had no problems with my full-size DSLR and battery grip.

This tripod came with a case and a smartphone holder. It's very lightweight and quite tall. The mount on the tripod is of the Arca-Swiss style. The build quality is quite nice, and the legs have fold-style locks for easy deployment. Being lighter than my main tripod, I'm planning to take this one traveling with us when we go places.

To be straightforward on this review, I want you to know that I really like what this company offers in quality picture taking accessory items. This tripod kept my faith and gathered my full approval forthright. It has almost everything going for it. It stands tall and mighty at a full 70 inches. From there you have a folded up compactness for toting of only 17 inches. That feature does sacrifice the use of a center brace. However, the construction of the legs is solid reinforcement and the need for a cross brace in most instances of image capturing in the field is rare, or so it is for me. The zippered carrying bag is of good quality, the locking snaps on the tripod's legs are positive acting and smooth. One hand adjustments to height of the stand can easily be achieved using only one hand. The top of the mount has an appropriate tiny arm extension that holds the bubble level. The quick connect works very smoothly and without suggesting that there can be danger from a sudden dismount of a camera or scope. The star of the show: Now we come to the greatest feature of this tripod's accessory package. A well designed wireless phone adapter. I usually have no regard for these damaging bear-traps that can destroy a valuable phone. Not in this case because you set the grip, not torturous springs that can exert far too much pressure on the surround of your phone and in some cases upon the edges of the screen itself. This accessory by K&F Concept for mounting the phone in a pinch situation, is one of the best in the biz. Well made, good machining, secure grip pads... and you set the amount by turning the grip pressure adjusting machine screw with a large grooved knob at one end. I never put my phone into one of these gadgets on other accessory packages but this one from K&F is a welcomed exception to my usual opinion and non-use of such an item. I actually celebrated this surprise by using the adapter and affixing my phone to the top of the tripod. It is a quality, useful item, and contributes substantially to the value of this tripod. I think you are beginning to see why I like this company... they think things out, they listen, and they design to please the marketplace. Great tripod at a very modest price. It is an excellent value so it receives my full approval with five big stars.
