This little light is sensational. It takes a few moments to understand the full functionality, but it's just a great little unit. USB rechargeable, tripod screw mount. Three main lighting selections with sub-selections for each.

You can have white, steady light at any color temperature, a full range of colored light, strobe effects (including various white flashes, red/blue flashes, red flashes, etc), and more. Experiment with it-=-it's an amazing little thing. Highly recommended.

The thing that really makes this video light stand out is the small LED display. This visual feedback takes the guesswork out of setting up the CCT or HSI modes. I absolutely giggled when I was checking out the effects mode, there are so many to choose from and the LED screen made is so easy to select the right one. My list is growing of how to use this Video Light for small video productions, photo shoots, as welll as decorations. The possibilities for haunted houses is endless. I will have a hard time choosing between 'Strobe 3' or 'Police' in October.
The unit came with the battery almost at a full charge charged. I was happy that it had a USB C charge port (and cable), as well as charging indication on the LED screen. I ordered this as a fill light with full color temperature control. In this role, it works great, just dial up the degrees K to match your other lights and start shooting. If you prefer RGB, the manual claims 36 Million colors are available using Hue-Saturation-Brightness values.

But the coolest feature I did not expect is the Effects. We played around with them, and mediates put “TV Screen” (flickering bluish light) and “candle” to use as off-screen effects. Brilliant!

We’ve only had it for a day, but it works as advertised with lots of extras. It feels very nicely made. Happy customer!

Overall this is a solid LED magnet light with RGB. It's quite futuristic looking too. My main issues are that it has no App to go with it, so quickly adjusting the FX is not possible, and there's a ton of FX to cycle through manually, and that's a giant PITA.

Also there's no option to customize the FX in terms of speed or color, as some of the FX aren't that great - fire FX are RED not yelllow/orange...and looks nothing like candles or fire. There's no hue morph through the rainbow effect, which is a common inclusion.

So there's no App support and it doesn't come with a removable diffusion cover, only having a thin built in one on the front cover. There are lights by Zeniko and Neewer that are similar in price but both give you app support with CUSTOMIZABLE FX and the Zeniko, while $10 more, gives you a beautiful diffusion cover, and both are magnetic and have all the included features.

So while this is a solid light, it's not on a good price curve compared to the rest of the market which has app support for the same price WITHOUT LOSING any features, only adding to this. I'd recommend the Neewer counterpart as it's the same price but gives you app support, and suspect most people would prefer that. I prefer the Zeniko over this (also reviewed on Vine) as I really like the included diffusion cover which looks very nice, but is $10 more, but think it's worth it for that diffusion cover and app support.

This thing is tiny but really brings it where it counts! I was really impressed by the spectrum of colours it can provide but its versatility really ups the value. The magnetic back allows it to be mounted anywhere and the 360 degree rotation means you can illuminate any angle you like. Perfect for setting mood and creating atmosphere, or just adding a professional flair to your shots.

This is perfect for photography and videography the various settings and what they describe are perfect and look exactly how you want them for film and stills, can’t reccomend enough

It has great color range and the difference Light effects are just great.

Battery life is also really good, it seems to last a very long time and charge time is fast.

The light is supplied with a wrist strap, a metal cold shoe adapter and a very short USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
The unit itself is made of plastic bust feels more sturdily made than most lights of this type that I've encountered. The casing of the unit has two threaded bushes, for tripods or lighting stands, built into the top and base of the unit.
Control of function and output is handled by two knurled wheels on the side of the casing and a button on the back. As well as the usual brightness and colour temperature settings, there are also flashing light settings, including a few that mimic emergency vehicles.
Battery life seems well up to the standard for this type of device, so all in all, I recommend it.
