Good strength and is tall for all heights, giving it a Tamron telephoto lens that weighs quite a lot and can withstand it. I've been using it for a while now and no complaints

I loved it. It weighs almost nothing. It has two screws for depending on which thread. The opening is very comfortable. I recommend 10%

It is fairly well made, feels good and is sturdy. The locks also hold very well. A good, compact assistant for my photo tours.

Bought one ... was perfect ... for me ... i use it to hold my phone while i take my picture ... it's more stable ! and it extends just ok for having my phone at eye level
i use it as a walking pole ... just to keep balance on uneven terrain ....
Bought a second one to keep in home ... so i don't have to open and close too often (have a beautiful view of sunrise where i live) and open and close it while i carry it (on my shoulder with a shoulder strap) because i don't need it to walk on a sidewalk !
For me ok with the price and quality ... don't need something lasting long (i am 75)
